Love this place. Go to buy a hat. They will do things that you didn’t know hatters could do!

Walked in today to buy a hat and seen them mistreat a lady. I’m not sure what exactly happened but customer service was very poor, they do have a good variety of hat selections but so does Cowtown

Very unprofessional. Worker and owner made me cry when I was in their shop. They both were ganging up on me.

Excellent store with great selection and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hat at practically any budget and for tourists in Tucson wanting a great authentic souvenir. Max at the shop custom shaped and fitted me a beautiful palm leaf hat that looked exactly like a hat I tried on and realized was a top of the line hat and out of my budget. Great experience all around.

Let me start by saying I cannot say enough good things about This place and their customer service. I absolutely will never shop for a hat anywhere else. They will get you in the right hat even if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Good honest folks helped us out today. They shaped it and everything. We also got a beautiful belt. I’m coming back for a beaded band ASAP!

Max helped me create the best replica of Don Williams hat. Worked within my budget, listened to what I wanted. Hat was ready as promised and he even attached my cord hat band while I waited and Max even let me watch as he attached it. Highly recommend Arizona Hatters!

Just another off the wrack high priced cater to the city slickers and such hat store. They are no more a "hatter" then my dog is. A hatter builds custom. I guess by these people's way of thinking if you take an open crown and shape it and maybe put a cheesy mex made hat band on it it's now custom made. That's a big a joke as these so called gunsmiths around taking a 1911 and putting faux ivory grips on it and calling it custom. You guys are NOT hatters. And I can buy cheaper in tourist trap Tombstone.
