I just love this place.dr.swarup is the best because he listens and can b flexible if you don't agree w his plan. I'm naturopathic minded but we were able to meet in the middle on my care which I never get anywhere else.plus he is a great surgeon my afib surgery 7 yrs ago n no meds and no more surgeries so far so good.

After going to 4 different cardiologists who wouldn’t give me the time of day due to my age, Dr. Swarup was like a breath of fresh air. He listened to me intently and immediately scheduled testing for possible dysautonomia/POTS issues. All of the staff I interacted with was incredibly nice, from the people at the reception desk to the nurses to the scribes and doctors. I highly recommend Arizona Heart Rhythm Center.

Staff and Doctors are incredible. Doctor goes over test results in a way you can understand.

This practice is EXCELLENT! I have had 3 procedures here including a Pacemaker last week. I know both EP Cardiologists Dr Swarup, and Dr T, and trust them completely with my care. The staff in their offices and procedure area are all positive and helpful.

Dr Swarup is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and will answer questions and spend time with you to insure you are understanding of the problem and the plan for treatment. Highly recommended.

Duplicate Billing Issues

The Heart Health Center, LLC in Phoenix AZ has been unable to refund a basic duplicate charge to me that's been going on for 90+ days. Their incompetence created a situation in which they charged me twice and have been unwilling, or unable, to refund $690 in 3 months and counting. Every time I call, which has been weekly at this point, I'm told a different story and that the refund has been approved and I should see the money shortly. This started back in November and it's now February 2023 and still no refund.

I have been trying to find someone to help me with my dysautonomia POTS issues for almost 2 years now. Doctors being neglectful and giving me no answers. My last cardiologist ordered my tilt table test and then no one in his office could get it scheduled and so after over 3 months of waiting, I found Dr. T. They got my tilt table test ordered the same week. I am so thankful to be one step closer to being diagnosed so I can start figuring out a plan of care moving forward. Thank you SO MUCH for your well working office staff as well as your amazing care.
