Arizona Heat Pest Services, Phoenix AZ

Called in the morning, tech was at my house in the afternoon and service was going on by 10am the following day. Have never had such an amazing experience with a service like this. Austin was thourough, courteous and generous with his time going through my entire house. He gave me a really good understanding of the treatment and process moving forward. Me and my wife were set to leave town the day he performed the treatment so when we still had a few lingering prep duties to take care of he asked some specifics and assisted with getting the rest of the house prepped. We are so thankful he did so and got our home taken care of while we were away. It has been a week and we have already been checked up on with no issues!

Everyone I have encountered with at Arizona Heat Pest Services has been great! Even when I was freaking out over the phone, after a scorpion sighting in my new condo, the receptionist was so understanding and got me on the phone to schedule with a technician almost immediately!

My Technician, Zach, was super friendly, professional, and did a great job answering my questions and taking care of my scorpion fears!

Great company! Sean and Austin were wonderful. Getting bedbugs is a very stressful and traumatic experience but they were amazing in talking through options, educating us on what to do and prevent it in the future and effectively eliminating the bugs. We felt very confident they would resolve the issue effectively and permanently.

Austin and Sean were so awesome from the time I first called them to while I was getting the heat treatment done with the chemicals. And questions I text them they always respond. They have made me feel so much better throughout one of the most stressful times in my life. I would recommend them to anyone that has any type of pest problem! The tec came out to inspect for bed bugs. Yep we have them. Set up services and they came out to do a heat treatment. The garenteed the work and said we never come out twice. About 2 weeks later I was still getting bit. Another tec came out and oh wow the first tec missed the nest in the couch. Very easy to separate the couches. Heat treatment did not work. So they chemical treatment again. Month in a half goes by and yes more bed bugs. I'm clearly not happy especially the amount of the service cost. Just here again to do a chemical treatment and I complained. They were pointing fingers that to much clutter in one room is why. Really cause when you heat treated there was no clutter the first and second time. I asked for them to heat treat again and it was a no. They have been nice but killing bed bugs so far NOPE.

Hecter was our service provider here in Tucson. He was very knowledgable and professional and I would recommend him highly.

I called them on the 4/02 and they sent Leroy from Arizona Heat (TUCSON) to assist me with my problem by 4/04. Prior to the appointment he came to do a check through the house which was not mandated of him. He answered all my questions, taught me how to take off my blinds, and was extremely helpful. The day of treatment he came early. We did one more sweep of the house and he educated me about so much! He kept us updated throughout the entire process. When he was done, he let us know! He even took the time to put my blinds back, which meant a lot to me. He was such a blessing during a stressful time as you can imagine. I cannot thank him enough for his help! I Can really say Arizona Heat did an awesome job. From putting my mind at ease to showing a lot of respect for my home. The guy who came out even help with things we missed and needed to take out. He kept me updated as the day went on with calls and pictures. Once I return all the bugs where dead/fried lol. I Can once again sleep comfortable in my home. I really recommend this place.

From the moment I called to the completion of my service I was treated with kindness and respect. To have discovered bedbugs in my home, was devastating to say the least. Sean came out and did a house inspection and gave me an estimate. He could tell that I was shaken up and he was so kind and reassuring. He made me feel like things were going to be OK. My service was done by Taylor, who turned out to be just as kind and understanding as Sean. This whole period was just as hard mentally as it was about the bugs. Taylor did a wonderful job and took up most care to not damage anything in my home from the extreme heat. I would highly recommend Arizona Heat Pest Services to anybody. Sal at AZ heat and pest control has been servicing my residence for about 3 years now. It has been nothing short of excellent service. I originally contacted AZ heat for bed bug problems. And I continued on with their general pest. Since continuing service, not only do I have lifetime warranty on my bed bug services I have ZERO pest problems in my home. If I ever start to see something Sal comes back out and treats the problem right away. He is always so punctual and kind. Highly recommended!

Austin was able to come out the next day after we called and explained the process in detail after taking a tour of the house for a bug check. We chose not to do the heat treatment. He made sure we were aware of the fact that we should not keep our cat in the house while they sprayed. Leroy came out that week and helped move some furniture before starting. He was very professional and efficient. When he left, he called us to make sure we knew that he locked the house, as we were staying away that night. Leroy returned 3 months later for a warranty re-spray as a preventative measure (we had not seen any bugs after the first spray), and we have not seen anything since! This company is 100% awesome!
