Slum landlords and shady property management company. The worst I've ever had. Three rent increases in two years while never fixing a thing. Now, they're keeping my deposit to fix items that were damaged prior to my move in and billing me on top of that.

Alexis Stevens has been wonderful in my process of moving.she has helped me with every step in the process making sure to communicate with me and answering any questions.she is amazing thank you for all the help

We have been "complaining" about roaches since moving in to this AIM managed property with nothing being done about it. I understand if they were coming out of the plumbing but a hole in the ceiling? Ahah renter beware.
