In and out! Love I found this hidden gem and even better, who assisted me was still in training, but wouldn’t have known, if the sign wasn’t there.

Much better than it used to be years ago! However, I still don't understand the point of making an appointment when I stood in line with those who just walked in without an appointment. A little frustrating.but again, much more efficient than in years past!

Horrible service made an appointment online didn’t even let me in they let three people cut in front of me and let them walk in and they said they’re not taking any more walkins And horrible customer service they were blaming me I got way better service at a third-party faster and cheaper

I’m very disappointed. I was told that the last appointment is technically at 4: 45pm however the doors are still open. Online says open until 5: 00pm. I was in line with 3 others at exactly 4: 45pm and they wouldn’t accept any of us. I asked to speak with a manager and now it is 5: 15pm with no manager in sight. We need to do better. Since when does 5pm mean 4: 45pm?

Associate at kiosk renewed my registration and printed it out with plate sticker in less than 5 minutes and out the door. Hats off to the associate. Great experience. My thanks to her.

Great experience. Walked in with a barcode and walked out with a new paper ID. 18 minutes total. Only catch I got there at 735am.

Staff here are lazy, rude, unhelpful and shouldn't be allowed to interact with other humans. Level 2 worker named Tina and her manager Alyssa should be fired! There is no excuse for being g down right disrespectful.

The blonde woman receptionist is clueless as to what is going on.
She is also very rude. I watched as she took people's pictures and she had to retake almost every one. The way she treats the CUSTOMERS is unreal. She wouldn't get by with that in the private sector for a second!
She also gave me the wrong information which caused me an unneeded
45 minute wait in line. This place is a bummer!

-ve reviews? This place is nicely managed.
Very courteous and helpful staff.

Yeah it takes a while (15-30 mins worst case) sometimes but that’s just how long the process takes. Whenever there’s some paperwork it is bound to take some time. People need to understand that.

I like the their online services, self kiosk. Makes it very efficient and self managed.

What a zoo. Half the self serve stations did not work. Half the service windows were not staffed. The paging system was broken, so people could not hear what numbers were up. And each employee was half asleep while at their station. Very poor experience.

Even first thing in the morning the lines moved quickly and all the employees were kind and helpful. Most pleasant experience at a motor vehicle department in my life! Thank you TEAM ARIZONA!

The staffs are helpful. But there should be more counters I think. You have to wait for at least half an hour in the que in order to get service.

I've been here several times - all of them, I was in & out way quicker than I thought I would be. They are knowledgeable, seem like they know exactly what to do to solve a problem, and have a system to get right to it. This has been honestly the best DMV I've ever gone to. The state I moved here from, you'd be waiting for like 6 hours. Here? Less than one!

Great fast service from Vanessa C. I moved from out of state and was able get a drivers license and vehicle registered in under 45 minutes. The only upsetting part was the $700 to register! That is insane. Same vehicle was $200 in Salt Lake City.

Got three different answers from three different people, two of them in the same building about two feet apart. These people do not want to help you. Bring everything you have because everyone will tell you that you need something different.
