Arizona Outdoor Fun Tours and Adventures, New River AZ

Solid place to have so much fun. We came from NY specifically for this activity. Beautiful views, awesome guides and challenging trails. We did the unguided tour and we had an absolute blast! Everyone was so accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. Training was straight forward and very thorough. Will definitely come back when I’m in Arizona!

Travis was a Superior guide. He was running (literally) non stop trying to keep patrons moving.
* Enjoyment can be impacted by other patrons. Obv no fault to Business or Guides but You are at the mercy of the other patrons on the trail. Be prepared to stop and go travel for most of the ride (we did guided tour). People are idiots on ATV trails same as the Interstate.
Overall we enjoyed for the price paid.

We had a great time on the UTV tour! We did the early morning tour (be ware that the trail was an expert one so we opted for the UTV rather than the ATV) our tour guides Alex and Jake were great! They explained some of the cultural values of the many cacti that are seen! They also made us feel safe and gave us good pointers while in the trail

Fun experience but not a summer activity! Booked for 2 hours & was about to pass out during the 1st 30 minutes, granted it was 115 degrees out but that's half the reason. I recommend booking a UTV for a less physically demanding experience. The heat from the engine, on the ATV's, is no joke either! Whole right calf was on fire. & ladies, this is not an activity you want to look your best at. Bring some old gym shoes and some comfortable clothes, if you wear shorts make sure it's past your thighs unless you wanna sit on hot seats. Also, if you wear wigs (like me) leave it at home or in the car cause I was ready to come out of mine 15 minutes in. You're wearing a helmet and ski mask anyway. Other than that, the staff were real alert and helpful. They also provided frozen water bottles, if asked, that came in handy.

An amazing time was had! We did a guided two hour tour and had a blast. The tour guides and staff were very friendly. Lots of water was provided. They gave tidbits about the land. We drove. Or most of that two hours. They give spots where you can switch drivers if needed.

This is a fantastic place! My son and I visited Arizona a couple weeks ago for the first time and wanted something fun to do. We decided to book the Centipede Tour, and I'm so glad we did! The whole experience was exhilerating!

Riley was our guide. He did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable about the local flora, fauna and history of the area. I learned so much. You can tell he loves what he does. He also provided water for everyone and offered to take our pictures.

Driving through the Sonoran Desert, canyons, and mountains was a blast! And the views were amazing!
Haven't had this much fun in a long time! We were in a side-by-side (2-seater), Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 with selectable 2WD/4WD. The staff provided a great operational/safety orientation and fortunately these UTV's are really easy to drive. When the group stopped for a break, my son and I switched driving duties so both of us could get the full experience.

The entire tour took a couple hours but it was so much fun it didn't even seem that long. And it was TOTALLY worth it! I would highly recommend anyone check this place out, especially if you like outdoor activities and you want a fun way to tour the beautiful terrain that surrounds Phoenix.

Our group had a reservation with time confirmed a week in advance, on the day we where supposed to ride they changed our time more than an hour earlier, when we got there they wouldn't allow us to ride, with Noone to talk to

Look no further! We booked a combo tour with Arizona Outdoor Fun. Our intentions were to do a full ATV tour (test course and a guided ATV experience). Apparently we went during one of their hotter weeks when it was most humid. The ATVs are significantly hotter so if the heat is not for you, book a UTV tour. You’ll still have fun, go further out, and be able to switch drivers. They stressed the importance of staying hydrated. They wet us with the water hose before and after the experience and provided water. If you are taking a UTV tour, I recommend bringing a cooler with ice and water (confirm this is allowed first because any water you bring will get hot QUICK). Bryan (with a Y) took good care of us on the tour; we took frequent breaks (but not too long to get super hot), learned a little about the desert, and took pictures. Overall, the experience was great, each staff member we experienced was professional, welcoming, and clearly enjoyed their jobs. Highly recommend! Stay hydrated and wear sunscreen!

My husband and I had a great time on the UTV tour with BrYan! Bryan is knowledgeable and passionate about preservation and desert wildlife. The tour was accented with stops and education on the local flora and fauna, with fun offroading in between! Thanks Bryan and team for a great time!

I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some outdoors activities. You can either do atvs or utvs, and go either unguided or with a guided. We did unguided first just because we wanted to go on our own but then we ended up joining the tour and Bryan was awesome with his assistance (I think Chris) but they’re were very knowledgeable and you’ll learn lots about the desert. Recommend going earlier in the day because it does get hot!

We did the ride & shoot experience and it was great! Max was a great guide at the shooting range and Josh and Greg were great guides for the UTV ride. We fired some guns and learned a lot about the Sonora desert. 10/10 would recommend.

Austin was the best guide ever. He made it so easy for us to learn to drive and was sooo nice and helpful. Nicest staff too brian was very nice too. Loved this place I would come back everyday if I could. The price is amazing too. Definitely recommend

What a great time! They really took the time to train us and put safety first. Alex and Christian were awesome tour guides! I suggest the earlier time since it was way too hot when we were leaving and the second set of participants were arriving. The guided tour of the Centipede Trail was a perfect adventure for a visit to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area!

I was part of a group that scheduled 3 weeks in advance for 11: 45 AM slot (30+ people). They called the night before to say they could not accommodate the time slot and we needed to be there an hour earlier.

The group restructured our day to arrive there an hour earlier as discussed, which itself was around an hour drive away from where we were staying.

We arrived and were met with a very rude management team. They said they could not accommodate our group and we should go back. We tried to reason with them and see what the possibilities were to go our but there was no budging.

Their words were "we run the operations and could not care less what the office did for scheduling".

I would not recommend going here since you will travel and may not actually get to go out on thr trail.they DO NOT CARE about the customer.

Awesome people to work with and definitely hope to transport for them again.
If anyone is thinking about going there to have fun, you will be very pleased with the owner and the guys working for him, class "A" place Awesome toys to rent

It was so much fun. I did shooting and utv combo early in the morning. A blast riding up the mountian was a ton of fun, and shooting the guns was a nice appetizer before the ride. Thank you, outdoor adventures.

As a group of 30 with a confirmed tour for 11am showed up at 1030 and they would not let us ride. Zero explanation. Zero apologies. Very ride. No communication between the back office and operations on the ground. Would not recommend.

So we took an ATV tour today and let me tell your it was amazing! This was my first time riding and the tour guides were really good at explaining what to expect on the tour. They were really professional and they gave us the best experience which I'm really grateful for. We had a blast riding and next time we decide to ride we will definitely be coming back. I'd give you guys 10 stars if possible. Definitely recommend Arizona Outdoor Fun Adventures. Thank you so much!
