This clinic has been purchased by another group a couple months ago. All new staff all new protocol. I've gone here for many years and this change is not a good one. Protocol has changed no one was informed of. An older lady was struggling to get her rx but she was 5 minutes late (new protocol) that's right 5 minutes. Yet there's new construction all around the area that easily could make you 15 minutes late (previous protocol. A standard protocol) the front desk staff were snide to her and my heart was broken for her. She states she's not on an opioid and she's here why can't she be seen and get her meds without getting a new appointment. She was not in an way being rude just a questioning puzzled manner. But a 5 minute protocol that no one was told about stood in her way with no compassion or understanding she left.
I gave 1 star because my new NP was a 5 she listened and did look thru my history and we reviewed the history and the future things coming up unrelated to them but that negative event would probably be in my own future because I'm easily 5 minutes late often.

I would not recommend this clinic! I used "The Pain Center" for 4-5 years for my knee and back pain but they no longer took our "Banner Aenta" insurance so I looked for a new clinic. I was referred to this clinic and after two visits they have done nothing but try to sell me cbd and other non insurance covered options. They had me sign several papers to release my medical records and x-rays before they would offer me any medical help. After 2-3 weeks I went in for my second appointment and they had'nt ordered my records. So I've basically wasted three weeks and paid them several co-pays for nothing. They are more worried about selling you all kinds of quack treatments than offering you any pain edrelief!

Do not go here if you are in pain they will do absolutely nothing for you. Before I made an appointment I confirm with the receptionist what medication I was on and they said it wouldn't be a problem. When I got there they wanted to take me off my medication and give me suboxone and epidurals. Which two surgeons have already told me that epidurals won't work because I'm bone to bone and the nurse practitioner Bea question these two surgeons diagnosis. Which I thought was rather arrogant considering she's a nurse practitioner. They didn't want to do anything for my pain. I let them know that I was running out of my medication and I they refused my medication allowi me to slip into pain and suffer withdrawals because they wanted to wait 14 days for my UA sample to come back. These people are incompetent and don't care all they want is the money from the insurance. You have been warned

Although the referral to a physical therapist was excellent, the regimen prescribed for pain management was insufficient. Jill Study did not manage my pain and was not willing to manage it. I cannot recommend seeing this clinic for pain management, but if you need a therapy referral, they do seem to have a good network of therapists to refer you to. I cannot recommend them for pain management.

I was very impressed with Dr Moore & believe he can help my back
problems. Looking forward to more visits.
