Arizona Parking Enforcement, Gilbert AZ

So the way I see it; it’s my fault for parking where it wasn’t allowed by the rules, and through the whole process APE was very professional and kind. The nice woman at the window greeted me and my fiancée with a smile, and sent us very good directions of how to get there. Guys, thank you for making a pleasant experience from a not so great circumstance:)

Has nothing to do with Arizona or city Parking Enforcement or anything else but a basic scum-of-the-earth tow yard with a highly deceptive name!

My car was taken from my own property in front of my house that doesn’t even make any sense the car was 5 feet from my door

I want to start by saying the daughter and I’m assuming father or man working the yard were nothing but respectful and helpful to me and my situation I was in but the woman/owner of this lot is terrible and unbelievably rude! She was the most hateful woman I have ever met in my life and I hope anybody dealing with this yard asks for the younger woman or man for help especially if your suffering with mental health issues that these type of conditions trigger I had a severe anxiety attack that m the yard trying to just help move my vehicle off the property because my battery was dead. I appreciate the help of the man who helped me he was very kind and helped me get my car going.

03-17-2018 - Left a voice message, as instructed by the automated response. No one at Arizona Parking Authority has called back; as declared on the answering machine. ** Arizona Parking Authority is designated to manage and enforce parking at my apartment complex. ** Unfortunately, they clearly do not as the vehicle, license plate AJS7436, has now parked in a designated parking space for the past 5 hours.

Watch out for these Rip off Artist they are lurking in the shadows waiting to see people park in areas besides being called like normal tow truck company when a car is in a bad spot.

***ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS IS ARIZONA A TOW COMPANY THAT TOWS A VEHICLE FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY CANNOT I REPEAT CANNOT HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR PAYMENT!
THAT IS CALLED GRAND THEFT AUTO IN ARIZONA AND YOU CAN CALL THE COPS IF THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE FOR PAYMENT!
WHEN YOU GO GET THE VEHICLE TELL THEM TO BILL YOU AND THEY HAVE TO DO IT NO MATTER WHAT

CAR is scratched. I ate at jack in the box and went to go get casha round the corner. Came back and my car was gone. Went to get my car and the men were rude to me. I Get this is their job but treating a women like that is tasteless. My car is scratched up and has a flat tire now. Will be reporting and taking further action. Found out they do business with all the stores on mill in Tempe. Shame on these people.

So nasty! Why did you tow my car from the parking lot on ASU campus on Sunday night. It is shameful for money ruining my life-night-work and every thing.

This company was horrible to work with. Treated us like we were dirt, when they are the ones who acted like dirt. I have never been so sad with the way I was treated before. Lying and not cooperating or trying to help. I am not sure how they even stay in business.

I wish i could give no star. They are closed on sat and they came and got my truck for paring in backwards in tempe. Ha had to oay 120 to drop it and what he did was not right and did not have my consent to touch my truck. Im on private property i dont care what the management says im not on any lease at this apt so they can not touch my truck!

I am the owner of Arizona Parking Enforcement. After reading some recent reviews I have to say that Arizona Parking Enforcement does not tow from Mill Avenue or Jack in the Box. There is more than one towing company located at 719 North Mary Street in Tempe. We have no affiliation with Zip Tow whatsoever. I hope this helps, thank you

DO NOT PARK AT JACK IN THE BOX ON 7TH ST AND MILL AVE, THEY HAVE A DUMBASS WHO WATCHES FOR YOU TO LEAVE THEN THEY TAKE OFF WITH YOUR CAR, SERIOUSLY MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY, MAKE SURE IF YOU DO GET TOWED HAVE PD TO GO WITH YOU TO PICK UP TOUR VEHICLE AS THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR CAR FOR RANSOM, BY THE WAY ONE GUY CAMPS AT THE TOP OF THE RAMP BY JACK IN THE BOX WATCHIN TO SEE IF PEOPLE LEAVE.

Well, they have towed me and my boyfriend twice. This is our fault, not there's, and I wish people would understand that. They are not out to get you, they are simply doing their job. I have to admit that it sucks getting your car towed, but I genuinely appreciate these guys. They are responsive, even after hours. Thank you for being so kind guys!

This is an extremely shady business they literally wait for you to leave your car to take it I was gone for 5 minutes and my truck was gone. They also caused significant damage to my truck while towing and refused to take liability. Definitely going to sue there is over 400 worth of damage to the truck

Shady tow operation. Waits for you to park, never says anything, waits until you're gone, and then takes your car. This was at the jack in the box on mill in Tempe. It's okay though. I prayed that God would bring justice. Sucks to be those guys when God does.

The man at the front desk physically threatened me. He said if I didn't leave the shop he would physically drag me out. My friend (who got towed) and I were questioning him on the integrity of the towing sign because it was around the corner and all faded and scratched and he snapped and said "today is not the day to push my buttons. " The man is a disgusting human being. Also he threatened to keep my friends impounded car for a week and he has some right to keep it there for as long as he wants.

Was mean was nasty it was not helpful at all and even was mean towards your 22 month old child as they would not even let us get the car seat from both towed cars without paying to release a vehicle
