2I started going to AZPVA to get better at pole vault but ended up staying because of all the friends I made. Every meet this year was so much fun because I knew so many vaulters from AZPVA. Not only that, I improved like 4.5 feet in just 10 months! Oh, and the coaches. My coaches ended up feeling like brothers to me. They cheered me on when I was doing well, comforted me after a rough day of vaulting, and made me laugh all the time. It was awesome. Also, I found my date to prom there so that’s a bonus.
Hidden Gem! This club is one of the best, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and excited to work with the athletes, they take their time with each athlete explaining and critiquing every jump to help the athlete improve. My daughter has only been going here for a short period and has already made big gains. Thank you to the coaches and owner for producing such a fun environment and workout!
