This is the worst place to work for. Management is awful to their employees. They don’t even train their employees, and yet fire them when they make a mistake. They treat you as if you’re stupid when you make a mistake. Very unprofessional! I should have read all their reviews before I accepted the job! It’s a revolving door there! We were instructed not to smile too much because it meant we weren’t working hard enough. If they treat their employees that way, I can’t imagine them having any respect for their patients or patient’s needs!

My experience is that these people hound you to death. They call constantly.never has a supposed medical company in my 68 years been more annoying. I do not know how to free myself from their constant badgering. I took a fecal test by them and they never bothered to get back to me with the result.

If I could give this plan its Director's prior auth dept, customer service supervisors, clinical review team negative 10 stars I would have. HEED ALL WARNINGS POSTED ON ALL WEBSITES. IT GETS ONE STAR ACROSS THE BOARD FOR REASONS. THEY DENY DELAY DENY DELAY UNTIL YOU DIE. PATHETIC DENIALS BASED ON LIES FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS MANY PROMISES NOTHING DELIVERED. I HAVE ASKED GOD TO PLACE UPON ALL OF THESE SICK GREED FILLED TWISTED DEMENTED PEOPLE. EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAVE DENIED. KARMA HAS NO MENU. IF YOU GET SERVED WHAT YOU DESERVE. HMMMM.

Pro's and con's. I was under the impression that what the insurance covered could only be updated or changed during 'enrollment time'. Not so. Go over your insurance coverage before making appointments or having any procedures. I have spent over 3 hours talking with Arizona Priority Care, Banner Hospital, West Valley Radiology and Abrazo Hospitals. This is for a diagnostic mamogram that was authorizedd by my mother's P. C. P. To be performed at Banner. They suggested Valley Radiolodgist who cannot do it because they are no longer under contract with Arizona Priority Care! Natasha, a rep at this facility suggested I talk to mothers primary care physician. Natasha was very helpful but even she couldn't help. Although she did suggest mother go to a hospital in Sun City. 52 miles from her residence! Mother will probably be changing insurances.
