This review is long overdue. I'd like to recognize and thank Alicia Weaver who guided us through the journey of renting our home last September. We were moving out of town and unable to sell our home and a friend had recommended Alicia to us. I had never imagined renting out my home, nor had I wanted to, but Alicia guided us through the process with confidence and kindness. She found a wonderful tenant very quickly, and things have been running smoothly ever since. The few times I've reached out to her. She has always quick to respond and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot say how grateful me and my family are for her dedication, expertise and concern for our well-being and for our tenants. Alicia Weaver and her team are amazing! Our previous property manager was not great. Alicia was recommended to us through a mutual friend during a stressful time when we were trying to clean up the mess our former tenant created. Alicia and her staff are very professional and they get things done in a timely manner. Whenever I have a question or concern, Alicia and her team are always available to help me. When our condo was still up for rent, I would get weekly updates from Alicia. I appreciate the quarterly updates too. We were with our previous property manager for more than 10 yrs and never got this kind of excellent customer service. Six months after hiring this company I wondered why I had put this off for as long as I did. APB is an outstanding company and exceeds all my expectations for efficiency, transparency, communication and value. Their state-of-the-art technology and knowledge of Arizona Landlord and Tenant law is outstanding. I personally do not have the time, tools or talent to do what is required of us property investors at a level that Arizona Property Brokerage does. Arizona Property Brokerage walks on water! They really do. And I have lots of experience to say make this statement. I have hired several property management companies prior to them, both small and large, to manage my properties. Every one of them gets terminated for poor performance or dishonesty. I have 20 units and Arizona property Brokerage (APB) has since been managing them for seven years. They are on top of rents being paid and maintenance being handled promptly. And they are honest. I cannot say this about any of the other property management companies I have hired. APB will look after your interest in every respect. Maintenance is a complicated issue. It requires quality vendors and affordable prices. It requires the work getting done immediately and completed correctly. APB is on top and delivers in this regard. And they follow through to be sure everything was done correctly. APB communicates well and as often as needed. Communication is everything! APB manages the accounting meticulously and is on top of any discrepancies. Tenants do not get away with not paying, not paying the full amounts, or not paying on time. I could go on and on and on. I cannot say enough great things about them. They truly walk on water and there is no other property management company I would ever consider. APB is the best!
