Randy and his team turned our dirt lot into a beautiful backyard where we can now spend our time at home. Our ability to make decisions lacks, but Randy was able to take a few key wants and desires to finalize a yard we have been drawing up for 2 years!

We were told 2 weeks from the start date the backyard would be done. Crews showed up and started the EXACT day they said they would. Due to weather it did take an extra day to finish, that hardly bothered us though because Randy’s communication through the process was second to none! I was impressed from the minute he came for the consultation to the day the project was completed.

Randy and Tracy over at Arizona Rainfall run a tight ship. The process for quotes, construction and timelines was flawless. Our Pool and Patio turned out better than what we expected. After the fact we have had very minor warranty issues and have been resolved quickly.

My wife and I recently built our home in PebbleCreek. We looked at several pool/ landscape companies in the area looking for ideas. We weren’t sure if we wanted to do everything at once or spread out the project over time, as we lived here and the property matured. Several bids initially were prohibitive and made us think we needed to push out the project. But once we met with Randy Gunsch from Arizona Rainfall it became a completely stress free and affordable process. Randy took us from ideas to concept to design in a few meetings. The video presentation of what we wanted was ready in a few weeks, and we immediately fell in love with it. We closed on our house on a Friday and pool construction began the following Monday. The crew from AZ Rainfall were efficient, talented and professional. They treated our property as if it was their own. Their attention to detail was fantastic and every recommendation from Randy during the process was spot-on. Initially we were told it would be a 4-6 month process, but the entire project was completed in 3 months. The final product matched the video almost perfectly. We have first hand knowledge of nightmare scenarios from family and friends using other pool companies. We also had glowing recommendations from friends using Arizona Rainfall. We could not be happier with the finished project. But it does not stop there. Randy is amazing and has been by several times to be sure things are going well. They are available for any problems with the patio, pool, plants and landscaping that occurs. In short, if anyone wants a pool or landscaping work done, DO NOT sign a contract without talking to Randy Gunsch or Arizona Rainfall first. You won’t be sorry.

My wife & I are extreemly happy that we met Tim Brown from Arizona Rainfall. After our initial consultation we decided to have them put in a hot tub. The honesty and professionalism that he demonstrated went over and beyond expectations. We have also used them two more times and always given outstanding customer service. In addition, we have referred two of our neighbors to Arizona Rainfall and as excepted Tim gave them great customer care. We are very pleased with Arizona Rainfall.

Hands down the best landscaping company in Arizona. Incredible customer service before, during and after the completion of our landscaping project. I have not met one person who has used this company and had a bad experience. If I could give 6 stars I would. Tim, Roy and their crew were amazing.

The Arizona Rainfall team exceeded every expectation that we had throughout the entire process, from the initial concept meeting through the project completion. Tim met us at the property for our initial consultation, asked good questions about what we wanted and did not want in terms of the pool, spa and landscaping ideas. He promptly showed up with the most beautiful hand drawn plan and a video concept of our final product. The excavation went smoothly, with no hard dig or delays. The AZ Rainfall hardscape team was efficient and left our property looking clean at the end of every day. We really appreciated their use of a vacuum system to minimize dust (our neighbors are using another company and we have been subject to their cinderblock dust throughout their project. It made us appreciate the effort made by AZ Rainfall). Tracy was meticulous in the pool build as was Roy with the landscaping, The team openly accepted some minor changes we made to the initial plan. Communication was good as we knew what to expect and when to expect it. Most importantly, the project was delivered on time and on budget and we are enjoying their beautiful work every day and night. We evaluated 3 companies for our project and are very happy that we selected Arizona Rainfall.

AZ Rainfall did an incredible job on completing our pool and landscaping! The crews were talented, detailed and very professional. This is our third pool we've had done. Arizona Rainfall surpassed our expectations. The sales/designer (Randy Grunch) was there from the beginning to the end, not just after the sale! Their pool manager, Tracy, was always professional and pleasant. The crews were hard working, professional, and meticulous in their clean-up. We also had them do our front and rear landscaping. They too, were awesome. There was a young man named Juan that communicated perfectly and was genuinely interested in making us happy. We made a couple changes on the fly and he was "on it. " Couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company.

If you're considering building a pool or doing any major landscape changes, pick up the phone and call AzRainfall. We added an amazing pool/spa, a covered patio, and a 10'x10' outdoor kitchen with a 13' bar. We are absolutely thrilled with the result! Over the past let's say 40 years, I have overseen dozens of projects, both professionally and personally. From boutique retail stores, to big-box warehouse stores, even a public high school, I've seen it all. And at home, this is the third pool I have designed and had built. That said, here's my recommendation: AzRainfall has been far-and-away the most attentive and thorough contractor I have ever worked with -bar none. From day one, Tim Brown was exceedingly more open, forthright, and helpful than the six builders we interviewed. In our very first meeting, he spoke candidly saying that because of Covid we probably wouldn't start for 3-4 months and then it would likely take up to six months to complete our very large project. Not what we wanted to hear, but it was honest, and given the times -understandable. It did take about 11 months from that first meeting to finish; Tim was pretty close. And now, if I'm the one being honest, I have to confess that much of the extra time was due to my changing things. This is where Az Rainfall shined. I was sure I knew what I wanted when we started the project, but as it evolved, either I or Tim or Roy (our AzRainfall superintendent) suggested improvements. All of the changes made a marked improvement, yet none of them cost me more money (that's crazy in-and-of-itself), and with every improvement I suggested, Tim or Roy only ever said, "No problem. We can do that. We'll make it happen. " No frustration. No attitude. No "let me check" or "I'm not sure. " Just a cofident "No problem, " and they would make the change. It was incredibly reassuring. Ours really was a big project, and so yes, there were a few mistakes (which any experienced contractor will tell you happens on all jobs), but everything -every little thing- I called about was responded to quickly and positively and then changed immediately. That brings me to the most important part: the finish quality. AzRainfall wasn't our highest bid, nor were they the lowest. But, what we received for our mid-level bid is undeniably craftsmanship of the highest caliber. I love pointing out all of the high-end details to our guests: from the travertine -all shaped by hand, to the quality of the light fixtures, to the beautiful brass drains and "sewer system" (yes, everything drains out to our front street when it rains and no cheap deco drain -so cool!), to the literally perfect cuts and angles on our patio cover and tile, the list goes on and on. There are just so many little things that make our yard look crafted instead of just built. And lastly, we gave AzRainfall no money, zero dollars, until they were finished and we were satisfied with the result. No down payment. No interim payments. No "paid in full" before they'll do the pebble. We handed them one check when they gave us our finished-to-the-10s living space. Six month follow-up: there have been a few things we didn't see until after we were using our pool and yard for a while (e.g. A super small hairline crack in one of the travertine blocks, a pop-up that was stuck, etc.) ; it has taken only a quick call to Tim and within a week (Sometimes within a day!) Roy or Tracy have been here to make it right. It's like they're our partners in making sure everything stays tip top. So, if you make the wise choice to get a bid from AzRainfall, ask Tim to run you by our house; we'd be glad to show you around, and I'd love for you to see that everything I've said is true. They really do amazing work.

We have used Az Rainfall a couple of times for different projects and we did their work, designs and workers amazing! We would absolutely recommend them for any upcoming project you might have.

Prices were reasonable. Not expensive. They where very quick about there service. Didn't have to wait long for my truck to be done. I won't go anywhere to get my cars services, but there at Valvoline.

Our backyard rebuild was very extensive and included a pool/spa upgrade, new travertine and paver decking, fireplace rebuild and a new BBQ area.
