Don't buy from this company! The salesman Scott Marona is a liar. I purchased a commercial ice machine from Arizona Restaurant Supply, big mistake for my restaurant. I paid extra to have a rush delivery, One week later I still don't have my Ice machine that was listed as in stock. I called Scott back 2 days later, and told hir that I still haven't received the ice maker and wanted credit for the rush day delivery that I paid extra for. He said that he would look into the problem and where it was located. He seamed very suspecious and I heard laughing in the background. He was going to give me a call back within the hour. Three hours passed by, and I decided to call him again. He said that there was a problem with there computer system with the pricing and they couldn't honor the sale. I tild him this is called bait and switch where they advertise one price, but charge you a different price. I paid $1,784.00 for the ICEU070A ice machine and $54.24 for the rush shipping. Regular shipping would have been for free! Scott said that they credited my credit card back and wouldn't honor the price that their website listed the ice machine at. I told her that I was going to leave a bad review for the bait and switch, and not trying to make their customers happy. He said, "Do what you got to do, but we won't honor the sale. ". If they would rather have a negative review and lose other sales, so let it be. Here's to you Scott Marona, I'm doing what I got to do! I hope your boss sees this review as well and learns a lesson form this. When a price is listed on your website, you should honor it! By the way, I have 17 other restaurant locations in Arizona so you just lost a huge client over a couple of dollars.

Best company to lease commercial dishwashers from period. Lower cost than most other company's with untouchable service 24/7. Much cheaper chemicals than company's like Eco-Lab, Pro Clean, and Auto Chlor. Give them a shot!
