The surgeons here are very good but that's about the only nice thing I can say. The staff does not return calls and seems to have an attitude of "not my problem". Lack of communication, misinformation, appointments running hours behind schedule. Do yourself a favor and find another office.

The only thing that left you with a 4 stars in stead five stars. The front desk their was a young man that quit ignored me while I was standing in line. I didn't get called until 50 minutes later. The people that came in before me were even getting called. And my appointment passed an hour ago.

Always positive Doctor Volfson made sure all questions were answered I was seen in a timely manner and the office staff were very efficient

I have dealt with ASUI for seven years and have had stellar medical care. The doctors and staff that I have dealt with are top-notch, good communicators, professional, and knowledgeable.

Three years ago my husband was diagnosed with bladder cancer. We were so frightened. Dr Patel immediately put us at ease and we put our complete trust in him. We’ve had numerous treatments and procedures over the last 3 years. I am elated to say we are cancer-free. I can’t say enough about Dr. Patel and this practice. Thank you all.

The entire staff is professional and. Dr. Volfson always is straight forward and explains any issues is layman's terms. The PA's are always great. Most important that they see you always on or close to your appointment time.

Staff was friendly and attentive. They answered all my questions no matter how they came a crossed with patience and care. The administrative staff was also very quick to call and reschedule and set up my future appointment. I would recommend this team to everyone

Do not come here, unfortunately I was seen and waited an hour+ in the lobby. Following, I was only seen by the doc for like twenty seconds for which he did not haft to care about what I said. Come here if you want wait hours and not speak to a medical professional. Dr. Patel is quite the disappointment.

When I finally get in to see either the doctor or the PA, everything is fine. But when I try and call the office, it either takes forever to get some one to answer or I'm cut off and have to start all over again!

Nice office, appointment on time Dr. Siefer was direct and competent. Took me seriously and investigated all my symptoms. If needed I would return.

Dr was okay; telephone help was terrible. Still trying to get an apt for physical therapy. No call back. They could do better.

My experience with ASUI has been an excellent one. Very helpful front office staff, clinically advanced and above all caring and knowledgeable doctors.

If you value your life or your sanity you will not go to Dr. Patel or this office. They do not return calls, no one knows anything that is going on, patients dealing with life and death cancer are ignored. The doctor is not up to date on latest drugs and treatments and that is after waiting hours for see anyone. Run for the hills and go to any other urologist. This has been a nightmare.

From doctors to receptionist all are friendly and professional. Dr. Patel is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
