Dr. Karlovsky and his staff provide outstanding medical care. Staff are very helpful and professional and all precautions in place during covid pandemic.

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for almost a year with no luck. I was billed for services I did not receive. I have gone in person 3 times and called 3 times with no one helping me resolve the issue. Unfortunately I had to leave the practice due to this issue.

Great patient service with kind and caring health care workers. Dr. Patel is gentle and really listens to what the issue is. On time visits with the Doctor and health care workers. Excellent care!

Excellent diagnostics and treatment by Dr Sharma and NP Titi Grant. It is challenging to reach someone for follow up by phone or with medical concerns that require an MA to help, voice mails are sometimes not responded to in a timely manner. Otherwise, friendly, efficient staff when in-office and easy telemedicine access.

Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and thorough he 's so friendly, my first visit with him was very relaxing his staff is also cut from the same cloth they are also so helpful and more than up to the task of giving you great care. James Mixson

I have to say I have no complaints whatsoever. Dr. Patel & his medical assistants are always professional & explain things so that I feel comfortable with my diagnosis. Everyone that works in both the Gilbert & Chandler locations are always professional, friendly, and always willing to help.

Overall, it's better than the last place I went to. Dr. Patel is very nice and funny. The other staff are friendly and polite. They all make you feel comfortable. The wait time to see the doctor, once you are there is long. You spend more time with different medical assists. It seems, the medical assistants are my doctor. It's hard to find out, the results of my procedures. But, if you ask, they will tell you the results.

Been in here for over 2 hours to get a stent removed. The receptionist is rude and when I asked if my husband was okay back there she acted like I was bothering her because I was concerned. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

My husband was a new patient this week for Dr. Lythgoe, he went in for kidney stone pain, although he was able to get in same day, it's now day three of waiting to hear on getting a CT ordered unacceptable! He has now passed the stone on his own thank goodness, next time we will just go directly to the ER.

Dr. Sharma is a very good Urologist. Takes his time with you and answers all your questions. They can do some tests in their office but x-rays must be done elsewhere. The staff is friendly and we are usually in and out pretty much on time. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma, and Arizona State Urological Institute!

My wife just finished tests/surgery here and we were extremely satisfied with Dr. Lithgoe and his staff. Dr. Lithgoe is very professional, answers all your questions, never hurried us, explained everything once again before surgery and followed up with us after surgery. We highly recommend Dr. Lithgoe and his staff.

The wait times here are horrendous. The staff is not very friendly and the waiting room is always packed full. You won't even get into your room until an hour after your scheduled appointment and you won't be notified that there even is a wait time.

While Dr. Sharma is a good doctor, most of the rest of the staff is something to be desired. The nurses I interacted with were mostly professional, but I think that talking about personal things shouldn't be done in front of patients. The front office staff can be rude and argumentative. Also, if they say that they will call you back that day. Don't hold your breath. It may take a couple of calls back to them for it to actually happen.

These guys suck. After getting my appointment wrong I had to travel all the way back on my lunch later in the day, and then once I got their they demanded I pay them $250 or they wouldn't treat me. I've been calling their billing dept.monthly to make sure my account stayed in good standing and even last week they ensured me I would be ok, that I may get asked to pay, but that I could still be seen.
These guys overbook and have failed to help me understand how the treatment relates to my condition. I thought maybe all these bad reviews wouldn't reflect my actual experience, but I guess that was unwise.

Called to confirm my appointment the day of and they said it's all good only to get there and be told my appointment has been canceled and they called me and left a message which they never did really rude considering I drove 20 plus miles to get there didn't bother to reschedule.

I had a Prostate Biopsy. I came back on a scheduled followup appointment from that event.

I was very nervous about the test and did not sleep well the following week (s). When we got there and got checked in to an exam room: the nurse informed us that they did not have the results back from the testing lab. They said we had to get rescheduled for a "Results" appointment.

Now I get to be nervous for another week.

I guess no one made sure they had the results back in time for our appointment.

This makes me very nervous to proceed in the event action may be required.

Literally the most incompetent staff I've ever experienced. Wrong test orders, wrong results and weeks to get an appointment. If you have a choice, literally go anywhere else

I went in for a vasectomy. Everything considered, it was relaxing and pain free. I was called-in 5 minutes after the scheduled time. I'll recommend this place to friends.

First, my experience is that Dr. Patel overbooks his appointments to the extant you can expect to wait an hour each time. More problematic is after my biopsy 4 months ago, I was told I have cancer and several other test were needed, one such test cost me near $500, because it is not recognized by the medical field as a professional standard of practice and the results are inconclusive, I also had an MRI, but the Dr.never went over those results with me, he just said he wanted to have my prostate removed. A third test Cystoscopy indicated no cancer. A fourth test to determine the type of cancer from the biopsy was ordered and one month later when I went in for the results, after an 1 1/2 hour wait, they determined that they forgot to order the test, and they would get to me. Two weeks later I called and left a message, the return call said the test was still running and they would get back to me. Since then I have called three times in the same number of weeks, left messages, and they have not returned any of my calls. Now it has been 4 months since I was told I have cancer and I have no answers from the Dr and his staff.

The office staff here are rude and miserable. They dont answer the phone. I sat in the waiting room waiting for one of the 2 girls to look up and ask me what i needed. The drs are great if you can get past the nasty front desk. Girls who were more into eatting then assiting pts.
