This is the best storage unit I've ever used! The staff is great, especially Karri the manager, she goes above & beyond to help customers. After losing my mom, she made putting everything in storage much easier & even worked with me on the bill so I wouldn't lose everything I owned after I lost my job! I've rented from lots of storage places in the east valley area over the years & this is the best one yet! Thank you for everything!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Karrie, the Manager, takes great pride in her job. The property is well maintained and clean.

We have been using Fort Apache since 2019 for our storage needs. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Climate control is consistent. Rates are affordable and reasonable. Karrie, the Manager, obviously has taken ownership and accountability for the facility. She routinely patrols the property, monitors storage units for security, keeps track of who is in the compound and sets very high cleanliness standards. We have recommended Fort Apache to several of our friends over the years.

We just rented a storage a few days ago, only needing it for a month. Karrie and Muzzy are awesome gals with great personalities! They made it stress free, and was ever so helpful! Thanks so Much Karrie and Muzzy!

I’ve stored my belongings here for 16 months while I was moving and waiting for a shed to be built. This facility is very clean and easy to get around in. The price is cheaper than other storage units. I would definitely use them again!

I needed a unit for no longer than a month to facilitate moving from one nearby home to another, and it turns out I underestimated a bit and needed an extra unit. I was expecting just the usual kind of ordinary service that's common in businesses lately, but manager Karrie went above and beyond good service! She is not only very knowledgeable about this storage facility, she has a wealth of high level knowledge about a range of topics, and I learned several things from that which I had no clue about before, ranging from specific facts about the street area where this facility is located (which I'd guessed wrongly about), to key facts on a topic that intersects in a way with what I've been researching for years. There wasn't a single negative item to report for my 1-month rentals, I give Karrie much praise for her work, along with her assistant - I highly recommend this East Mesa Fort Apache storage facility because of the great service!

I must say that I have been involved with Ft. Apache storage for going on two years now. In this time. I can truly say that there have been several managers but none have been the best like Kerrie. If I have to use another storage, I hope they are like the current managers. I hope that people read this review before finding a storage so they can know what I know.

Karrie was a great saver today, help me get a new storage shed, for more stuff to be stored. I have had a storage shed every where I gone it just make it nice to put your memories away for safe keeping!

Have had a unit in Ft Apache for 7 years. Present management (Karrie) is the BEST. Everything about the facility has improved since her arrival. Prior to her management homeless people were camping in units - spilling beer and leaving trash in the hallways. Considered moving to another facility. Glad I didn't.

I rented a storage unit here in June. Karrie and the gentleman in the office were very helpful and thorough. Karrie took me on a tour of the different size units even though it was so hot. The place is clean and easy to get into and out. I highly recommend this place.

Manager Karrie is awesome! Very cool and communicative. Made it easy and made me feel comfortable with explaining everything about the storage unit I was getting. When entering you could tell everything is very clean, secured and well maintained here. Will recommend this place to anybody for sure!
