I've delt with 3 other urologist that were horrible self-centered only cared about themselves and the money. They tried to push me into a hurry up surgery and didn't want to answer my questions. When I'm met doctor Hayyrie he was very personable and took incredible time to explain to me the procedure and his methods. When I finally met Dr Hayyeri at hospital on day of surgery he put me at ease. As I was very nervous.
I highly recommend Dr Hayyeri as a well trained, skilled surgeon and his staff are delightful to work with.

When I arrived at Dr. Hayyeri's office, I was greeted by a very nice member of his staff. She was friendly, smiling, and knew I was somewhat nervous about my first appointment with Dr. Hayyeri. My appointment was on time, and after being weighed and my height was measured, I wast taken into an examination room. I did not have to wait long before Dr. Hayyeri came into the room. He was very personable and friendly and explained everything about the procedure I would be having, the potential issues that were unlikely but I may have with the surgery. Dr. Hayyeri also showed me diagrams with regards to my surgery, and took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how. I would recommend Arizona Urological Surgeons, Dr. Hayyeri and his staff to anyone who is in need of at Urological Surgeon.

Dr hayerri was great. Other than that I received a bill I called the office & they said I couldn’t pay over the phone & they would give me the billing department number, I said ok. She then put me on hold & then came back on the line and said they would be able to make the payment so I gave her all my information & that was that. Usually when the payment is made the money is taken out of my account right away didn’t happen. I called again the next week & they said to give it another week. I did. Left it at that. Couple months later I get another bill saying I didn’t pay it so I call the office leave a voicemail no one got back to me. Left it at that I get another bill I call the actual billing department & they said a receipt would be sent to my email. Money hasn’t got taken out & still no receipt. So frustrating!

UPDATE: Money was taken out & received another bill. Not sure if it was sent out before I paid or after. I do have proof it was taken out.

I have been seeing Dr Hayyeri for over a year now due to kidney stones. In this period of time I have had to reschedule 2 times because his incompitant staff NOT letting me know that I needed to renew my refferals, and one other time they said I wasn't scheduled for that day! I'm glad I keep appointment cards. I showed her the card and the staff started scrambling, and squeezed me in. However I sat there for close to 3 hours! I like the Dr, but his staff is the most incompitant group of people I've EVER seen before!

I have got to know Dr. Hayyeri and his staff as I work for a nearby pharmacy. Without hesitation I recommend this office and Dr Hayyeri. It is clear that he knows his patients, cares about their needs, and remembers them. His staff likewise cares about each and every patient individually. I have watched them first hand and can’t recommend them highly enough.

He is a great Dr.but every time my husband needs prescription refills, he calls several times to get it filled. Frys pharmacy sends several fax and still no response. But they sure want there Co-pay the second you walk in! Need to get some more training for the girl's at front desk! We shouldn't have to go through all this Stress. There's times he has go out of his way drive down to pick up prescription! Very bad service! Girl's need to stop doing there personal calls & Texting & concentrate on there customers. We shouldn't have to call 10-15 times to get refill. Some one is not doing there job! What are we to do! WE NEED TO CHANGE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE!

First off, Dr. Hayyeri was great. That said, The staff is horrendous. They were rude and short when speaking to them on the phone and in person. I had a procedure there in November of 2017 and a followup test at the end of December. Then nothing. I had called literally 13 times and waited 3+ months. I must have finally annoyed them enough to finally call LabCorp to get the results and let me know.

I wasn't going to write a review until I got an invoice yesterday (April 16th) for a bill that I had already paid over the phone back in January. I pulled up the credit card statement just to make sure I wasn't crazy. I called them to look into this and I got the standard "let me look into this and Ill call you back" reply. So here we go again.

Very caring. Listened to all information before making any decisions. A real healthcare partner.

Waited over two and a half hours finally had to reschedule my appointment never saw the doctor. I saw nobody in the 3 hours total I was there except the Front desk girl.

Terrible manners. Acts like I was wasting his time. After 100 days on antibiotics, his want to prescribe another 30 days. I have prostatitis and other complications that he refers to a hard to fix and frustrating. When I told him I was going to get a second opinion he stated, "Don't take your frustrations out on me. " He was hurt that I would look for a second opinion vs being professional and welcoming the help!

Absolutely AWFUL! Treated me with disrespect, and talked down to me. He did NO exam and just prescribed me medication. I am canceling my appt.now and never coming back!

Dr. Hayerri rushed me thru (saw him less than 5 minutes) and then out with no solution to my problem, just live with it burning and misdirected aim another two weeks til next appointment, he could have at least given me something to help the burning.

I went to Dr Hayyeri after the first urologist I went to I had a bad experience with. I must say I had a great experience with him. He really took the time to look over my previous test I had done with other doctors as well as clearly explain things with me even using charts. He was truly great and I will go back. I left there feeling so much better.

Dr. Hayyeri treats me okay. However only 3 stars because I made an appointment to get testosterone with the girl at the desk & weeks later I show up & he's not in. I rescheduled & he came the 2nd time & wrote a prescription but it was only for one fill! I'm a eunuch & wanted a repeating prescription in case I need it in the future for bone density. T causes balding so I want to save it until I'm older.
