Arizona Urology, Goodyear AZ

Appointment was scheduled for 3pm-was called back immediately, prepped for procedure and out by 330. Was very surprised at how smooth the procedure went.

Appointment on-time. Check-in easy. Parking around Goodyear facility is excellent. Staff friendly.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! The Goodyear office blew me off like I was just seeking pain medicine, when in reality I had a super bad UTI that could have killed me! Instead of getting me into the office to check me out, I ended up back in the ER. This office has one receptionist that is extremely rude and does not forward messages, nor do the PAs call you back.
They also want to charge me $250 to cancel an appointment/surgery that was canceled almost a week prior but they failed to cancel it on their end.
So if you feel like being treated like an addict then feel free to go to this office!

Dr and staff are friendly and professional. They take time to explain procedures and results

I was interviewed at length, presented the results of Hospital tests I had done. I had wait to get into the office to fill out the paperwork. I did a urine tests, never heard about the results, even though I requested them more than once. Biig disappointment, I never saw Dr Jain. I hope other visits might be better, in spite of filling out paperwork before I left for the appointment, at home.

I was pleased w/ the personable Staff and the friendliness of everyone.
My experience on the Medical/ clinical side was also encouraging. The provider asked many questions and encouraged me to share the details in order to assess my medical needs.

Well executed office.though my last visit was by phone. Professional all the way. The NPs take time and listen.

Dr. Jain and his staff know what they are doing. Not my favorite place, but sometimes we need these professionals.

Appt was readily available. Day of appt was ontime. NP was knowledgeable and answered all questions

After months and 3 other Drs Dr Jain new immediately what test to request and what to do with results. After months I am well on the way to getting back to normal. Thanks Dr Jain and his staff

I only leave off the one star due to one reason: the lack of communication and lack of planning when it comes to the office running behind on procedures. After we checked in, we waited 1 1/2hrs past our time before anyone even acknowledged us and said we’re going back in a moment. Also, it would be wise to contact patients and allow them to arrive a little later if they are running behind. Otherwise great doctors, great staff, clean environment, and very professional.

Dr Jain is amazing BUT every time we go to his office the front office girls at the check in window are so rude. If you don't like your job then get another one!
I see many reviews regarding this matter and it's over 2 years the same thing happens. HELLO is there an office manager that reads the reviews? Just sayin

The reviews are correct. You will delegated to a NP or a Medical assistant. Front desk is extra snarky, same as back of house. I dropped an antibiotic down the drain and asked if a single pill could be called in. This seemed a little too hard of a task to the Medical assistant I spoke to. It became the last straw, I have cancelled my tele-health that was scheduled because Alexus, NP did not explain my upcoming procedure well and I had not seen Dr. Larsen- so this was to FINALLY meet him. The sassiness of the woman who took my call today has had me to book with a different practice, not AZ Urology. Their employees also seem very miserable. The only person who stood out as standup was Maria in scheduling. Very poor patient care. Zero stars if possible

Dr Larsen was very professional, step by step everything happended as he said, I appreciated that. His assistant explained everything well.

This place is horrible! My first appointment they committed a HIPAA violation and that is not a dramtic "Karen" saying they violated HIPAA, I am very familar with the law and it was violated. I let it go because it was not worth doing anything. A recent appointment they canceled because I did not get my lab work done. Two problems with that: 1) I did get my labwork done and confirmed that earlier in the week. If they did not have the labs they could have let me know and I could have downloaded them on my end. 2) They canceled the appointment without telling me. I just sat around waiting for a call that never came. When I called them to find out what was going on they told me they canceled it and would see if I could get another appointment. What do you mean "see" about an appointment!? ! You all canceled it for no reason without telling me. To make matters worse, I was on the phone with them an hour before my appointment to pay my outstanding balance of $4 because they were going to cancel the appointment if I did not pay.

It is difficult to find places that take TriCare and they got good reviews so I thought I would give them a shot. The NP I have seen is really nice but the support staff is aweful.
