Will not go back. Was a patient for almost 10 years. Prescription for prostate med (a maintenance med) ran out a week before my appt. They refused to refill without seeing the doctor. I refused to continue being a patient. PCP filled it without batting an eyelash.

Tried to make an appointment. Called 4 separate times and was hung up on once. Left a message with information and did not get a call back to schedule an appointment. The one time or did get through it was told I could not be helped or schedule an appointment by a rude receptionist. Horrible front desk service.

I was to arrive Monday morning at 10: 45 for a prostate biopsy at 11: 45. I spoke with the nurse a week ahead of time, she told me the antibiotic I was to take had been called in to my pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy, they had no order for me. This was New Years weekend, there s no way to call the office, they do not provide an emergency number. Back to ghe procedure. I was finally called back from the waiting room at 11: 25. I was told to strip naked, cover myself with a paper-like sheet and wait for the doctor. I lay there, naked, anxious and cold FOR AN HOUR! Eventually I got up, got dressed and left. What a horrible clinic. They simply forgot about me.

I was told to arrive 30 minutes in advance of appointment for paperwork that took 5 minutes. I was placed in exam room and no one informed me that doctor was running 45 minutes behind. During this period of COVID, there is no reason for people to be sitting at doctor's office any longer than necessary. It places the patients at possible risk of exposure to COVID. Bathroom was dirty. I would not recommend this provider.

Staff is incompetent and rude. If that’s what you’re looking for this is the place. Called to speak to a manager about an ongoing issue and the front office staff refused to pass the message. Especially through these tough times, their staff should be trained on customer service and empathy.
