Arizona Urology Specialists - East, Tucson AZ

Never been there before. I ended up seeing Dr. Lewin. He was fabulous as well as his assistant Sam. Both of them were very personal, maybe feel very comfortable. I am very glad I was recommended to them by my primary care physician. Sorry I don't have a me and my urologist photo to share with you.

Front office staff were very friendly n helpful. No wait time, Dr. Lwin is very intense in my continued healthcare.

Awesome experience today! Check in, pre-appointment procedures, visit with Dr Karlotta all the way you wish every visit to the doctor could be! One of the nicest nurses even played Happy Birthday on her phone for me!

The worst place ever. They cancel your appointments, hang up the phone in your face. They make you wait months and months for nothing. Their costumer service is very bad and you will leave upset every time you contact them. Dont come here if you want to be treated with respect & have your issue solved. They will make you waste time and money for nothing

This place is awful. The customer service is really bad, the ladies that speak to you over the phone are very disrespectful and will hang up in your face. They cancel your appointments without telling you, and when u ask, they get very upset. Do not come here.

Dr Kolada is an amazing doctor and the staff at the Tanque Verde location are amazing. I like that when I have an appointment at 10: 00 iam called back at 10: 00 Everytime on time. Honestly 1st doctors office ever to be on time with your scheduled appointments, not wasting your time, especially if your appointments are during your work day. Kudos to you all!

Unfortaunlly very poor and rude service over the phone. The lady I spoke with started out upset and was clearly not having it. All I wanted to do was schedule an initial patient appointment. She never listed any hours or times for me and eventually just hung up and I didnt call back.
There is no online scheduling which is pretty annoying. At this point why would I try to call back when they have already shown their true colors? Don't waste your time here.

I have had a difficult time with some of the communication with the offices, and the staff in general. I havent felt cared about.just kinda falling through the cracks most of the time with my treatments; they appear too busy to get things right. There are a few exceptional individuals on staff.to them I express my appreciation.

My experience was great like always with Dr Kalota she is very concern and take her time to hear my problems and explain me everything, the personal always treat me with respect. Thank you

If i can give this place zero stars i would. This place is a waste of time and they always cancel your appointments, which you made months in advance, without telling you. The lady at the front desk was awful, rude, a liar, and she hung up on us. If you care about your family members, or yourself, Do not go here.

Was filled in with what happening and the extent of my injuries. My immediate, necessary procedures were taken care of. I was given a referral for a cat-scan before I left and given a follow up appointment. Dr and staff were very attentive.

No 2 Aides complete the BCG the same way. As a patient, it's confusing. There probably protocol but not everyone follows it. I have had to say No, not that way.
