15A little bit further off the road than normal, but it was a very nice facility. Rest rooms are clean and they had a very nice sign to take a picture in front of.
The welcome center appears to be closed to visitors at present but the bathrooms are clean, and there are some photo options available.

This is an amazing rest area. Good covered picnic tables, clean large restrooms, and the whole place is clean.

Nice quiet place (well, considering it's by a freeway and a railway). Nicely kept, clean place.
We stopped here for an overnight in a bus in May 2022. The parking area is open and mostly level. The scenery at this Arizona Welcome Center rest area on I-40 west bound is stunning. It is amazingly beautiful!

I stop at this rest stop a couple times a month going to Albuquerque. It's always clean and nice rest stop.
The visitor center is permenantly closed. The rest area still remains a favorite stop for a break for the road.
Great stop! Clean and spacious. Easy to get in and out even with a trailer I'm towing.
More importantly, i left a few succulent leaves on the dirt. (Casualty of the bustle road trip) If you see them, please take care and not step on them, thank you!
Pooped at night and the auto light turned off. Might need to wave your shorts around, just saying.
It's a nice place to pull over and rest, use rest room. Stretch your legs with a short walk. Bathrooms have always been well maintained when I've stopped which is nice. Plenty of parking and there are a few vending machines as well if need something small and quick
