I should have done my research prior to choosing this business to care for my braces. I transferred my care from an awesome orthodontics office in California and unfortunately was not met with even the slightest bit of decent customer service at this location. The office staff never has the time to answer the phone and they will transfer you from person to person to avoid talking to you. When you leave voicemails nobody ever gets back to you and you have to keep calling day after day to finally set an appointment. When you do you go into your appointments you’re sitting there waiting for quite a long time. I usually set my appointments in the morning so I’ll go in about 7: 30 but I won’t be able to go back and see the doctor herself until about 7: 50. The Doctor herself is very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectable. I truly enjoy having oversee my braces care. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about her staff, the front office workers are very rude when you try and talk to them or set an appointment it seems like they always have somewhat of an attitude. The dental assistants do not have the slightest amount of knowledge on how to treat a patient. Recently they have hired better dental assistants but still they could do better by accommodating to their patients. In particular there is one dental assistant who is awesome and she was one of the newer assistants (don’t remember her name but she has some awesome tattoos) She was the only one who ever makes me feel comfortable going there.
One of my brackets became unglued and I am required to wear bands to fix my overbite. I call on March 19,2020 to set up an emergency appointment to possibly get this fixed. Initially I spoke with Naomi and she had told me that they are no longer excepting appointments due to the pandemic and they will only be taking emergency appointments. Naomi passes along my number to Ruby not sure what her position is. Ruby lets me know that they were only taking emergency appointments and I feel like this is an emergency because I have to wear my bands per the Doctors recommendation. Ruby basically tells me that they will not see me at all and I will just have to wait, I was about a 1-2 months away from getting my braces off before this all happened so it was highly upsetting that I couldn’t keep wearing my bands to keep up my progress. Now, I did tell her I would prefer just to have my bracket super glued if they can’t fix it because I don’t want to lose my progress (I know it’s not good to superglue it to your teeth but I was feeling desperate because I worked so hard to get my teeth where they’re at today). Ruby called me back almost 5 minutes later and said her manager is willing to let me go in on Friday, March 20,2020 at 8: 30 AM at the central location to get my bracket glued back to my tooth. Awesome right. I show up the day of my appointment 10 minutes belike I usually do and obviously nobody else is there because of the pandemic. I’m calling every single office I can’t and nobody is picking up I’m leaving voicemail after voicemail and I still haven’t heard anything from anybody. There was another vehicle there as well so somebody was at the office just didn’t want to let me in I guess. Finally I’m waiting for about 35 minutes and nobody shows up nobody calls me so I basically wasted my time. I did take a video just to prove I was there, I didn’t want them to think I flaked on my appointment when I was the one desperate to get an appointment in the first place. Again, I know nobody has ever been through a pandemic but it was very cold hearted of them to not even show up or give me a courtesy call and say we are no longer going through with the appointment just please wait another couple months or however long the timeframe is to get this issue fixed. I left voicemail after voicemail in regards to this incident I have never heard back from anybody about anything.

I've been waiting for a refund check since December. It is now April. I've called a dozen times and spoken to several people. Every person blames someone else. They pass me off to their downtown place and they pass me off to corporate. Don't go here unless you are on acchs

This is the first place my kids all liked the dentist. I had gone to 4 different ones. My 4 year was so comfortable with his dentist that when they had to do a extract on a tooth that was infected he didn’t have to be put to sleep. He sat in the chair and didn’t move.

Just about everytime I call the office to make an appointment they do not answer the phone. I leave a voicemail & still no response.

My son was scheduled to be sedated. He is scared of shots and was very nervous & crying. As I tried to calm him they gave me no warning & they basically stabbed him with the needle and sedated him! My son fell asleep very anxious & scared!

Now they tell me my 2 year old needs to be sedated as well. But I am now looking for a new dentist because I refuse to go through the same experience twice.

I grew up going to this place and it was amazing everyone was professional, not to mention the dentists themselves were great with kids. I started taking my daughter there and it doesn't even come close to what it used to be. Everyone is rude. I took my daugter in for fillings and she had to be put to sleep for the procedure, as I comforted her nerves the anesthisiologist just stabbed her with the needle in her thigh and didn't give me a warning! That's NOT ACCEPTABLE! She was never afraid of needles or the dentist until that moment. Horrible service. They also left bruises all over her face and she had bruises on her chest. Never again.

Waited a long time to be seen and the dental assistant gave up on my kid within the first minute. She asked us to reschedule four weeks later due to her lack of effort.

Went in for wisdom tooth that was bothering me and they got me in right away and took it out. No hassle, very friendly, and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend.
