Arrowhead Bottled Water Delivery Phoenix

I tried and tried to create a positive outcome but wow. To begin, if you just want a couple of 5 gallon bottles a week, you probably won't have any issues. However if you have a big family or special water-like cases of Pellegrino etc, good luck! From the initial order they couldn't get the order right, a month later I had to contact them again so they wouldn't deliver when we were out of town, yet we'd we home too 15 cases of Pellegrino and 20 gallons of water in our drive anyway. Final straw was a month after that when I tried three times with the help of stronger customer service to package a very large order. After several MONTHS like service, they now tell me that there's a $400 per month limit to what you can order (despite having my card I file) I asked why they just wouldn't charge the card and deliver the merchandise, but apparently they won't do that unless yip specifically call and tell them to do so. Outs ridiculous customer service an outsourcerd the prices are higher than any other service definitely not a case of you get what you pay for! Incidentally, I'm very kind to customer service representatives, but every one I spoke to seemed unaware of what and how the company works and, other than the initial sales rep who was thrilled to get a large account, none of the service people tried at ALL to work toward a solution. It was basically "sorry no one told you, but this is how it is and despite it being our fault (twice) we can't get an order expedited to you. Sad.
