Arrowhead Flowers, Glendale AZ

I was hoping to have them do my wedding decorations and called them multiple times. I was told that the events florist was off and will have the manager call to further assist me. It’s been 2-3 weeks now and no one ever reached out to me.

I can’t thank Mark enough for helping me and taking my delivery order. I’m from out of state and was looking for a florist near Peoria. In the middle of Valentine’s Day preparations he took my call and was willing to have a beautiful bouquet made and then same day delivered to a dear friend who lost her mom. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much to Mark and Arrowhead Flowers!

I chose Arrowhead Flowers through DoorDash and had a horrible experience.

Placed the order before they opened around 8AM, and delivery was slated around 10AM. At 9 AM, I got a message from DoorDash saying the shop had accepted the order but had to push it to 12 PM.

I called the shop, as I wanted to see if it would be helpful for me to pick the flowers up, not knowing if the problem was the delivery or making the flowers. This goes to a call center (not the actual shop), where it seems like anything other then their standard request confuses the representative. I said no worries; I will wait till 12.at 11: 45, I got a message from DoorDash stating that my order was canceled because Arrowhead Flowers was now closed - which is not the case. If they were too busy and they canceled first thing in the morning, I could have pivoted and gotten something done. Now at 12 PM on Valentine's Day, I have no delivery options.

I will not use them in the future, and can not recommend them to anyone to use as a florist.

This flower shop is amazing I give credit to the manager Joseph who is helpful by any means and flowers are spectacular, always fresh and on point.

David did a great job on flowers for my fathers funeral. Flowers were beautiful. Plus his great customer service made a painful situation easier to do what needed to be done.

I absolutely love the arrangements they offer! The owner was in store and is the one who greeted me which is rare. The ladies working were very knowledgeable and helpful when I didn't know what to get my wife. They always had smiles on their faces which is big for me. And there flowers. Fresh! Not to mention how long they've lasted! I've had this arrangement for over 2 weeks and they haven't even started to wilt. I will definitely be going back. You guys rock!

Just went in to buy roses for Christmas and the floral designer made such a stunning wrapped arrangement while I waited. It is so thoughtfully organized and beautiful! I'm so excited they had what I wanted and to have such a great designer who could help me. You, sir, are an artist!

Marc with arrowhead flowers was so kind and helpful! He took my order over the phone and even personally delivered my Mom’s birthday flowers (went into the business a second time after someone at her large company was rude and told him she didn’t work there initially). She loved the Flowers, they made her smile and I am so glad I finally found a florist to rely on from far away for my orders. Thank you arrowhead flowers and Marc!

I tild them the colors and my price range and was wonderfully surprised by the beautiful arrangement Joseph made for me.

I came into your shop on Tuesday, November 22 and placed an order for the Joyful Funeral arrangement.

I was so disappointed when I saw it. That had to be the worse arranging job I had ever seen. I was embarrassed. I am understanding of the need to substitute some of the flowers, but this was sad. Very deficient in the variety and the lavender flowers weren’t placed in a joyful way, they were drooping downward, giving the appearance of wilting. I’m not going to pick it apart, but you need more quality assurance before you let something like that go out! This was not professional looking at all.

I feel ripped off and I will never step into your store again. I certainly will not recommend you as a flower shop that puts a good effort into pleasing the customer.

I'm out of state and needed some flowers for my sister. Called here and the florist was so nice and helpful. They created a beautiful arrangement, took my payment over the phone and sent a picture of the flowers. Wish all places were as nice and as accommodating.

Dropped in to see if they could make a small bouquet for a 16 year's birthday. The end result was amazing! Told him how much I wanted to spend. What I ended up with seemed to be worth a lot more! Beautiful flowers, lovely add-ons, great and friendly service. Highly recommend supporting a local florist and this is the one!
