Arrowhead Foothills Dentistry, Glendale AZ

This dentist told me needed root canal but had no pain so got 2nd opinion before spending 1000.00 and they were correct.

Not to fond of going to the Dentist but the staff here is AWESOME! Very friendly and accommodating and I feel relaxed. Glad I found them.

My two sons and I have been patients here for years. My older son does not have dental insurance and has always paid a $99 cleaning fee, without any notice they raised the price to $176 as we were checking out. They just lost three patients and could care less……The smug receptionist gleefully cancelled all three of our future appointments. Warning: you are just another number to this dentistry…. $$$$$.

I was having really bad tooth pain and no one could get me in, not even my own dentist for an emergency. This place had a 7: 00 the next morning so I took it. Literally took them 5 minutes to tell me I have an infected tooth and needed a root canal done. I was in and out in a little over an hour with no pain. They also can make you a crown the same day with a machine they have. No waiting for 2 weeks! Dr Steel and Dr Yonan are amazing!

They cancelled 30 mins before my appointment at 9: 00 am and rescheduled in other time, waste of time.

Dr. Jess is absolutely amazing, made me feel very comfortable. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but everyone I have encountered here is great. During procedures Dr. Jess and those assisting her were always making sure I was OK and comfortable. Appreciate how fast they got me in and feeling better.

This once was a great practice but I will never go here again. The prices kept getting higher and there were constant inconsistencies in their recommendations for what work was needed and the billing. My husband and I had been getting work done for a year and half and then a year later they give us a bill for $400 that they "mis-billed" previously. It was confusing and frustrating because we signed off on what was owed and paid in full after each visit. They had no real explanation of this large amount that was all of a sudden past due and were quite rude about it. I have since found a more honest dental practice and will not be returning here, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Ok Two years later and I still can't say enough good things about this place. DR. Jess is the best seriously the best dentist I have ever had.

Wasn't happy with my dentist called Arrowhead and got an immediate appointment. Everything was ready when I got there greeted with a smile, full exam and clear explanation of any issues and costs. Happy I made the change

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I like that they offered in office payment options. Personally the dental chair was comfy and all my questions were answered. Definitely would recommend. Great job guys.

Definitely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I could not recommend them enough. Everyone was phenomenal and I will be letting friends and family know how excellent they are!

I had a terrible experience here. The secretaries were extremely rude, insisting they didn’t call me three times in a row after I called them back minutes after. Dr Jessi barely looked at my crown, without a secondary x ray and insisted I had a cavity and needed to get it replaced (around 2000$). I went to another prosthodontist and ask my sibling who is an orthodontist and both confirmed there was nothing to be seen, just an open margin. Very very disappointing experience.

Dr. Jessie and team have done it again and they made it a stellar dental visit! The moment you walk through the office they don’t treat you as a number but more as a member of the family. I can always count on them and know I will always be treated in the most caring way. I came in to proceed with treatment and mentioned they could take care of the crown RIGHT THERE! I didn’t really believe it because I have had experience with a temporary which isn’t fun. They took what looked like a little camera and images my tooth. Less than an hour later a crown was being made! It was smooth and placed in the same day! This was so neat and what an ideal service it was! Cerec is what they call it. If you are looking for a dental practice to make you feel comfortable, this is the place! Thank you again Dr. Jessie! Can’t wait to send my family and friends your way!

I have severe dental anxiety and this facility was amazing. The staff walked me through everything they were doing and checked on me consistently throughout the appointment to make sure I was still comfortable. I have a lot of things to go back for and thanks to how they are so attentive and calming, I can’t wait to get everything completed by them. 100% recommend.

I have had my cleaning her for a while and the do a fantastic job cleaning your teeth and sure that you are conferrable.

I see Dr. Jess and she is amazing. I wish I would have switched care much earlier! As a working individual that has a hard time taking time off work, this office has terrific hours and never treats you like you are keeping them late. Highly recommend!

Fantastic and caring staff! They're organized and efficient. Dr. D is patient oriented and makes your visit quick and painless! Would recommend to anyone, especially those with dental phobias.

My husband and I started going to Arrowhead Foothills Dentistry since last year and we are extremely pleased. We were treated by 3 doctors and they were extremely nice and professional. Also, the person at the front desk gave us accurate information about pricing and what our insurance will or will not cover. We highly recommend them.
