Staff is rude, cancelled my procedure appointment, when I called for the 4th time to get my money back the lady on the phone laugh and told me not to call again. Every time I called they gave me a different excuse for why I haven't received my money back, cancelling my appointment with 20 plus days of the schedule appointment

I would give 0 stars if i could. I went there and the doctor said since i saw someone else he was going to refuse my care. I told him he couldnt do that bc the last person i had has a 6 month wait list and he said i should just wait for them. I got rude with him of course for refusing to care for me. He also said that it the other doctor couldnt help me there was nothing he could do for me if they couldnt do anything. He eventually said the only way ill let you make another appointment is if you do these 2 things. Which were completely out of the range of options for me. Its like he wasnt even listening to what i was saying about my sickness nor the options i was already given. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless they feel like they need to be neglected and told they could not be cared for. Which i dont think anyone would like that

Do not waste your time with this office! The front office staff is so rude! Dr. Singh has absolutely no bedside manner, he literally saw me for 5 minutes and didn’t address my concerns at all! It seems that all this office does is schedule colonoscopies, they definitely do not address your issues! Horrible experience! Find another practice this one is a total joke!

The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. I was in a meeting, with the doctor, Dr. Padda. While he was examining me, someone started calling on his cell phone. Mind you, there are signs all over the place that explain that the patients cannot have their phones on while being examined by the doctor. He answered the call immediately, and it was his wife, and she didn't know the alarm code. He passed it off like it was completely normal. I did not think it was professional for him to answer his personal cell phone while he I'mwas examining me. Terrible bedside manner, did not say anything comforting or helpful. He didn't do a records request so he knew nothing about me, and at the end of the appointment he said he needs more paperwork to determine what to do with me. Lastly, had an appointment for 8: 15 wasn't seen till 8: 45.

Doctor came and was finished in less than 5 minutes. Asked me one question then stated that even though I'm throwing up constantly for days in a row, for months, he cant do anything. He said he heard of a procedure but I would have to use the internet to find a doctor. Things in medicine are really bad right now. Tons of apathy. I had to ask if he was listening to me twice because he wouldn't acknowledge most things I said. I don't know where to go but this isn't the place. At least at the moment. Maybe you'll get lucky and get a better doctor out of the 8 they have in their small office but I doubt it.

I will update this more after my next appointment but so far I am very happy with DR Padda and his team. My first visit to the office I got more time with him and other medical staff than what I had the past few years with my old GI Dr.

Absolutely horrible. Daughter was seen for issues that should have been with endometriosis but the doctor walked in, was there for less than 5 minutes, very rude to her when she tried to ask questions, and just scheduled a colonoscopy and endoscopy. When she tried to ask why, “He was rude and said, did you not hear me? ” This doctor is Indian with a thick accent, so he should have slowed down - not gotten angry with her. Not only did he not address issues, he no communication why he scheduled procedures. Dr. Singh was awful at patient care. And then we called after - bc she should not have even left the place without getting answers - they lost her paperwork, asked to email the paperwork and send it back over, but then ended up finding it. And then I asked to speak to someone asking about communication in why this was necessary, and I rudely was made to “feel dumb”. Your job is to answer patient’s questions. We cancelled all procedures and future appointments and are going somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here. Oh and by the way, they won’t let her see another provider in the same office. It’s a rule there apparently.

This is a very well-run facility and I was given excellent care by Dr. Enrique Valdivia, MD for my consult and colonoscopy. I told Dr. Valdivia that I couldn't understand why the reviews are so low, but it seems the happy patients don't leave positive reviews.

I honestly don't know what's people issue is with this place but I was worried but this doctor has to be the most caring and loving person I have ever had the pleasure of having look out for me, my health.bless you man I was scared and I feel at ease now and I won't pick up another pack of smokes. Thank you ask for him yall thank you barb also and the other lady's yall were nice and helpful being in the parking lot and realizing there's alot of older mean folk here sorry yall for the things ya have to deal with (Lmt daniel.b)
