Went to arrowhead grille for the first time. We loved the food and the service! I had the iceberg wedge salad, delmonico steak, the AG mash potatoes (to die for), and of course a variety of bread all through dinner. It was all delicious. Our server, Megan H, was super attentive, wonderfully knowledgeable. And very nice.
Here are my complaints: it was a little noisy, our table was situated adjacent to the servers station, and there was just plexiglass between us and them. It was awkward as they would stand there and talk, or do something else and peer through the plexiglass at the tables and because we were so close to them I felt like they were watching us. I have never experienced this at a restaurant. If you go, ask to be seated away from the servers station. It was also dark with no lighting on the table - had to turn our phones flashlights on to read the menu.

But the food was delicious and the service was spot on.

I had not been to Arrowhead Grill in quite some time. I was a regular when they first opened, but several years later it seemed to start to "fall off". Having been sometime, I gave it another shot and I was very pleased. The food was delicious and our server was excellent. The only reason it's not a five-star in my opinion was due to the noise in the dining area. I understand restaurants get busy but it seems to be a little bit too loud for my liking.

Wonderful 1st visit to Arrowhead Grill! Our server was Jerry and he treated us like royalty! The food was amazing and mouth watering. I got the Delmonico steak with Gorgonzola encrusted and it was cooked perfectly and cut like butter. The artesian Mac & cheese has 4 cheeses and truffle oil and it melts in your mouth. Our party shared a wonderful bottle of Merlot and we got a complimentary butter cake with vanilla ice cream for my aunts birthday to share. Everything was amazing. The manager came to the table to ask if everything was ok and we told her it couldn’t have been any better. Will definitely go back.

Our waiter was great, he had a great personality and everyone was very professional. The steak was cooked perfectly and it was truly a high quality piece of meat. I wasnt too impressed with their sides and the dessert was okay but you dont go to a place like that for those you go for the 22 oz prime ribeye that's been aged 60 days so still a 5 star dinner

Had an excellent dinner with outstanding service from Clarence and crew. Bone in 22oz. Rib Eye and 12oz. Filet were cooked to perfection. Great Shrimp Cocktail and Asparagus. Treated to a free dessert for our Anniversary. Best Steakhouse around. Will return this week for Happy Hour.

My wife and I spent an evening here for a long overdue date.

We opened with a simple bottle of wine, that even on the cheaper level was wonderful.

Followed by calamari, two filets - one lobster style, and a butter cake.

Finished with a port flight.

All of the components are magical. My wife and I have been pursuing the best steak in Phoenix for some time, but I can say with confidence that Arrowhead Grill is easily the winner. Perfect cook, excellent seasoning, and tender.

I ordered my steak with a miso beurreblanc on the side and it complimented the steak and lobster perfectly.

The port flight was a wonderful pairing for a delicious butter cake.

All together 5/5.

Usually the best steak in the west valley. Last few visits quality of steak sub par. It used to be perfect cuts. Not sure if their supplier changed or just a sign of the times. Was always worth the price before. Now I'd almost rather make my own steak if the quality of cuts isn't there.

Out and about for my birthday! Excellent atmosphere. Perfect place for a special occasion. Started with a dirty martini and old fashioned. Next was 2 French onion soups. Wish I had taken a picture of these because the presentation was awesome and soup was scrumptious. Next to the bone-in rib eye and rack of lamb. Both cooked to perfection and ready to be devoured. Finish was the butter cake with fruit and sorbet. Literally melts in your mouth. Service was perfect from Clarence. Little pricey but like I mentioned earlier worth the experience

Highly Recommended

Just left this place. I decided to celebrate my birthday here. While our party of 4 had a really nice time, the food and service left a lot to be desired. I started with a lamb chop appetizer which I ordered “medium”. It was brought out RARE. Also, it was supposed to be 3 chops, as per the menu. It was 2 chops and one tiny medallion, no bone. When I let the waiter know the meat was purple, he walked away. Then a female brought back a small plate so I could “throw the other two chops” on the plate and they could take them back to the kitchen to cook a bit longer. Except my first chop I had spit out because it was raw, so I basically lost out on the first “chop”. My husband ordered a porterhouse medium rare. The first one came out well done. The second one came out totally rare. My husband showed the server, then the manager. The manager took the porterhouse back, again. Once the rest of us were done eating, his third attempt came. It was better, but temperature was still not on point, and now the meat was salty. Ugh. We didn’t say more. Manager did offer a new potato when he dropped off the third porterhouse attempt. Really, a potato? The creamed spinach was tasty, but lukewarm. The butter cake was sweet and dry. The manager was barely apologetic at all about our meats being cooked improperly, repeatedly. The server didn’t make an effort to apologize either. It was as though it didn’t happen. Neither the manager nor the server mentioned the mishap again, just dropped off the bill and wished me a happy birthday. Needless to say, it wasn’t a pleasant experience for a $400 dinner. Arrowhead Grill, you really let us down.

My boyfriend took me here last night to celebrate his new job! Clarence was our server and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We had the artichoke for a starter, a seasonal side that came with drawn butter and a delicious remoulade, along with my moongirl martini which was so balanced, not too sweet with a lovely tart raspberry flavor, and his Manhattan that he was in love with, full bodied and warm with a lovely vanilla finish. Our mains were a rack of lamb for myself, cooked rare and so divine. I had mine topped with roasted garlic and mint jelly on the side. It melted in my mouth and was so very tender. He got the 22 oz porterhouse cooked rare and topped with melted Gorgonzola. If he met this steak on the street he would have taken it home. It was heavenly. Didn’t even need to chew the meat, it was so tender and juicy, it melted the moment it hit your tongue. We ate slowly and savored our meal. We also had the creamy au gratin potatoes, the skin was on which gave a delightful bit of crunch to the otherwise creamy and rich side. He had key lime pie for desert, and I had a small butter cake. It was an amazing dinner from start to finish. I cannot wait to go back and try something new!

I had a hard time deciding between three and four stars for this one, because I really see the potential in this place, but I think they just had an off night. We started with the jumbo lump crab cake, and it was tasty, but it couldn’t decide if it wanted to be hot or cold. We got the Delmonico steak, and it was really good, but couldn’t really differentiate it from a regular filet. We also got the lobster mashed potatoes, which were good, and the artisan mac & cheese. Again, not sure what the differences between the artisan and regular mac & cheese, but it was good. Lastly, we tried their famous butter cake dessert. It was pretty good, but dry. Our server was very good, and the atmosphere was nice, but busy.

Great steak, dessert.
But the JAZZ Musak! Irritating - loud.

And a lot louder in Restroom!

I know restaurants are designed for us to eat and Leave - Get another group into those seats. Quickly

But, JAZZ - the worst kind! Yikes!
