Arrowhead Health Centers, Surprise AZ

The care I received from the facility is above and beyond my expectations. The staff and the doctors are all caring and loved it when I brought the kids in for a visit.
It's been a journey but it's been an definite healing journey

I have seen Julianne Magdaleno twice and I really respect her. She is very attentive, professional, and she shows empathy which is refreshing. Julianne did my annual and was very thorough and made sure all my concerns and questions were addressed. One thing most providers don’t seem to be great at is explaining why they’re doing something but she is really good at explaining the why, that makes a huge difference in my patient experience. She also doesn’t ignore, or shy away from questions, you can tell she’s confident in her knowledge and skill. Thank you Julianne!

I was left waiting for a virtual appointment even though I called three times. They told me that someone was supposed to have called before the appointment no one did. First call I was told I was checked in and the physician would be with me shortly. 2nd call I was hold for 15 minutes with no one checking back with me. I ended up hanging up and calling back! After 2.5 hours in front of the computer, three calls (I had to call they don’t call back) finally talking to the office manager. She said it was a new system and they couldn’t see me? I’m not a tech person just followed the instructions sent via email.
That’s a poor excuse for keeping me online instead of rescheduling. They don’t use callbacks so expect to be on hold.
All this to discuss a medicine that I wasn’t tolerating well.

Arrowhead Health Center is Awesome! It is so good to go to a quality doctor. Then, if ordered, have labs done, right there. Chiropractor, Dermatologist and Orthopedic Surgeon on-site as well. Saves so much time!

I've been going here for over 10 years. I really like the providers they have. They listen and are knowledgeable. The staff is helpful. I really love the virtual appointments and that they have a lab in the office. That is very convenient.

The facility is great, from the Dr's down to the support staff. I've made great physical improvements due the service I've received.

Arrowhead Health in Surprise was great! I didn’t have to wait to be seen, the doctor and nurse were so friendly and professional. I am definitely switching to them as my new pcp.

I absolutely love my providers. But having a real issue with the back office. Scheduling is a nightmare. Today was an awful visit. This practice is growing and cannot scale up fast enough. I can sense frustration. My feelings were very hurt today with how I was treated.

Very efficient facility, from friendly front office personnel and through the entire staff. In particular, the gentleman in the lab is exceptional.

I needed meds refiled thru Humana pharmacy. Humana sent 3 faxes and I called twice with no response from the doctor. Found out the script was sent to Walgreens for a 30 day supply. Finding another PCP.

I love this place! Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly they truly want to help you. I recommend them highly!
