I was very lost as to how navigate the Comp and pen system. I was unable to figure it out on my own and found Mr. Art Gage Law Group in the e-benefits website. I was very grateful and humbled by the service I received. From beginning to end, this extremely caring and compassionate group of professionals were dedicated in helping me. Marina and Art went above and beyond to help me. I am so very humbled and grateful for all they have done for me. My family is now sighing a breath of relief. Any time that you are required to interact with any government agency, it's tricky, frustrating, and scary. Luckily for me, my sister referred me to Art Gage Law for my Social Security Disability claim.
Everything was explained in advance to me. The requirements, paperwork, timing, procedures, costs, well everything. The staff were always responsive in a timely manner. There were no surprises. Everyone knows how important that is.
The hearing went almost exactly as I was told to expect. Again, no surprises. Every question was handled professionally and completely. And as expected, I won my case.

I normally do not write reviews. However my husband and I were so impressed by the service we received from Art and his staff that I decided to write one. For years we have been dealing with the VA and their red tape regarding disability benefits. As soon as Art became involved with our claim the issues seem to disappear. Meghan worked with me every step of the way. When it was time for my court hearing she reviewed my case with me two days prior. She had my medical records laid out and reviewed them to where she knew more about me than I knew about myself! She knew what to focus on with the judge to help me win my case.

I would recommend this law office to anyone that wants an attorney to present your case with facts and knowledge. Karen Gianas is a wonderful attorney.
