My go-to process server. Never had a problem. Always professional, communicates well, reasonable price. The online work order system is also a big plus.

Susie was very responsive and helpful via email. Job was done and I'm happy. It was hard to find a process server where I needed it to be served but they execute it in less than a week.

So I had Important paperwork I needed served on someone right away. I gave them the information and paid them a good amount of money. They never seemed to be able to catch the person and always wanted more money when they had the failed attempt. There so called failed attempt were daily and I know this is a lie cause I went out my self to see if the person was there on the day they supposedly went to serve them and of course they were there. They are money hungry and rude.

I have had to get someone served before but was honestly dreading having to do it again because the last time was not so easy. ASAP Serve was beyond helpful, great communication, very friendly and made this process so easy for me! I would highly recommend anyone who needs to serve someone call this place!

12/22/2022 Susie & Tracy handled my process of serving with expertise, professionalism, and care. I had never done anything like this before and Susie was informative and patient with me because I was a nervous wreck full of anxiety when I walked into the establishment. The ladies started ASAP! I mean immediately as soon as I submitted my paperwork especially in that it was #3 days before Christmas. The very next day 12/23/2022 Tracy my process server from ASAP Process Services calls me stating the individual in question has been served. I was ecstatic. You have know idea how happy I was to hear this great news! Mission accomplished! Thank you! Thank you! Susie & Tracy for everything 12/25/2022 was in fact the best Christmas ever.

I am located in Michigan and needed to find out how much it would cost to have some one served in Mesa, Arizona. Jon was beyond helpful, highly recommended ASAP Serve! Great people, very professional and extremely helpful!

They provide misleading information about the services they offer. I had a question about services that I paid for and the staff (one lady in particular) was rude and condescending. They focus on getting a paycheck vs good/honest customer service. I would NOT recommend using ASAP for your process server needs. They make an already stressful situation worse.

I first tried to send the documents usps. What a joke. After waiting for 2 weeks I went to this company. They served him the next day. Wonderful job. Highly recommend.

I went in late on a Friday to have someone served. And got an email today stating the other party was served the next day. Thank you so much for awesome services! Would highly recommend.

Pleased with the ease of service and how quickly the documents were served. However, I’m disappointed with the employee who answered the phone to discuss the status of my service. She was short with me and honestly a little rude.

I would recommend this company first and foremost before looking for anyone else. John Osborn deserves a statue, he literally helped me thru the entire process including giving me information that he didn't have too. Thanks ASAP Serve for your commitment

Finding a process server to serve my ex husband’s employer was already a daunting task. Susie at the front desk was like my beacon of light during a very awful experience. She helped me more than she needed to and the entire staff was incredibly friendly for being a business normally clouded in negativity. Susie offered to stay a few extra minutes if I found I was able to get my paperwork finished at the courts before 5. The kindness and compassion I was shown by the staff here was unexpected and proved that there are still humans in the legal process. If I find myself in need of serving, I don’t think I could go anywhere else.

As for service: I dropped the paperwork off at 9 am today and service was finished by 3: 30 this afternoon.

I had legal documents that were very important to be served same day. ASAP delivered! As advertised! I fully recommend and will use again! Thank you very much!

I spoke to John this morning regarding a issue that I was having getting someone served. John Actually gave me another recommendation which did not utilize his service, he gave me advice on what I need to do and offered multiple suggestions. This just goes to show you what an honest, good person he is! Highly recommend them!

I needed a process server for San Tan Valley who could get the job done fast. ASAP Serve had a very easy process to get my documents to them and completed the service the very next day. The price was very reasonable and I could not be happier!

All I can say was WOW! It’s been so hectic trying to serve this individual and after two different payments, I felt at a loss. But low and behold ASAP delivered, successfully!
