Friendly, courteous staff, nice office. The doctor was especially nice, very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to adapt to my hearing aids.

This is a delightful clinic with very friendly staff and great service. I look forward to working with them for my hearing aid needs.

Mary appears to be able to hear a little better since the appointment. She was comfortable in the environment, and her local caregiver, Tish Patton said the technician was very kind with her. She is 101 years old, so we don't feel that she'd be able to navigate hearing aids, so regular cleaning seems appropriate.

The staff there is very welcoming and treated me well when I went there. They are good at what they do and also answered all my questions, and explained the test results to me in a clear and concise manner. I'd go to them again for future appointments related to my hearing.

Dr Perez was quite pleasant, professional and very informative. She was very helpful in understanding the choices of hearing aid’s available to me.

Scheduled an appt for a hearing evaluation and I could not be more impressed and pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone I dealt with. The review of my various test results were very thorough and as such I now have a good understanding of why my hearing is so poor.

AMAZING! Left ear was full of wax build up and after a weekend outdoors it was bad. April at the front desk was able to get me in quickly and the rest was like a dream. The staff and Dr.at Ascent Audiology were nothing short of incredible! Our 2 year old failed her hearing test at the pediatrician and they were able to get us in right away for an evaluation. They coached me over the phone that o should touch her ears and play with them a lot before the appointment. I did that and she was SO GOOD at the appointment and the Dr. Had amazing skills in working with young children. We were so impressed that my husband wanted to get his hearing checked and we made an appointment right then. We would refer all of our family and friends to go see the team at Ascent Audiology!

I have been a patient for almost four years. The entire staff at the Glendale office are fantastic. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgable and efficient. I recommend them for any hearing issues.

Oh my gosh! I would give this office more stars if I could. Happy Staff who all seem to really like working there. Dan Hewson conducted my hearing tests and then explained exactly what I would need and why. It was just a joyful office to go to, I even made my husband an appointment before I left. Will definitely refer anyone who needs their hearing checked!

Everyone was so nice and Dan took time and was very thorough in his explanation of what was happening with my hearing and brain.

Brought my nonverbal 2 year old in for a check. Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistants, and the doctors were wonderful with her. She hates the doctor and is usually clinging to us, but the environment they made for her was so comforting she was down running around the room like I've never seen her do outside of home. Sorry for all the Cheerios on the floor, guys!
