Staff is very professional, their equipment is modern and up to date I was fitted for the right kind of hearing aids and have an apointment set up for a couple weeks after me initial visit.

The front desk receptionist is exceptional and extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. She should get a raise!

Being in a situation where I needed a loaner hearing aid before my upcoming out-of-state trip, I was feeling a bit anxious. However, the Goodyear team's prompt and efficient response alleviated all my concerns. The fact that they were able to arrange for the loaner hearing aid on the same day was truly remarkable.

Made an appointment to have ears checked. The people at this place very knowledgeable and helpful, let me know I had to much wax buildup in one ear cleaned it I can hear better.

My hearing has been poor since birth, and so I have used hearing aids for MANY years. In all that time, I have been fitted and serviced by various audiology firms in several cities. I can honestly say that working with Ascent Audiology has been my favorite experience of all of them. The entire team (Brian, Suzie and Ashley) is exceptionally helpful and, most important to me, experienced. This team is on the ball.
