Frustrating as heck! I had to cancel an item and have been trying to reach the store to process my refund. I've left messages, I've been hung up on, put on hold for a long time. I will avoid this store in the future.

It was really good. Staff was friendly. The only that I didn't like was I couldn't walk around by myself.

Whereas Sam Levitz is for the normal household. Ashley is super sized. The furniture can be sized down but it is displayed in large size. Kinda overwhelming.

I do not care to be shaddowed while I shop. If I need help I will find someone.

Awesome place to purchase furniture. Paul Wilson and his staff do very well. Total Class Act. Cares about the customers. Will always recommend anyone and everyone to Paul. Keep up the Great work.

Melvin was an amazing help at the east side location! He answered all my questions and even moved furniture around the store for me so I could get a better idea of which furniture went with which!

Gilbert was awesome. He knew exactly where everything was in the store. Helped me get set up with financing and even helped me look up things online. He didn't pressure me and allowed me space while I'll looked around. Best experience I've had there.

My mom and I came in looking for a dining table and we had a great experience! We found a nice dining table and all of our questions were answered by Melvin. He was great to my mom and I, awesome customer service! Thankyou Melvin!

My brother and I purchased a sofa set on 11/12/2018 and have no regrets. The delivery was very fast and also customer service was great. I will definitely purchase more products from this company.

Very upsetting experience. Lied to multiple times and received the wrong amount of items after paying for a dining set. Multiple managers refused to right the situation, and refused to find the original sales person.

Entire order not fulfilled. Managers demanded more money to fulfill the entire order even after the sales person told me a set price for a 9 piece set that came as 7. Don't go with these guys.

Very pleased and happy with this store! Beautiful merchandise and excellent and outstanding service from both Eduardo and Melvin. I definitely will be back to purchase more things for our home.

It's meh quality furniture for more than it's worth. If that's not bad enough, there is no semblance of accurate inventory. I went in to buy furniture, and the initial sales associate told me that EVERYTHING I ordered was in stock, minus a couple of things for the spare bedrooms. The same sales associate forgot to add a couch, love seat, chair and kitchen table to my initial order as well, which required a second visit. When I received the delivery notice, the only things being delivered, were the items I bought the second time I went.

As far as the sales people (vultures) go, the first one got me most of my stuff, but not all of it, which required a second visit. The second time around, I was helped by the receptionist Lien N. She was very customer service oriented, and had an amazing personality that made shopping for furniture an enjoyable process. After the sale, she kept up with my order, informed me if anything changed, and made sure that my order was scheduled that everything was good to go.

I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Ashley or Sam Levitz, but if you do decide to go, I would seek out Lien N, she will take care of you, and you will have fun in the process.

One last thing. People walk in to either look or buy. With so many vultures around, not one person needs to be asked if they need any help. Trust me, if a customer needs help, has a question, or wants to buy something, all they have to do is turn around and they will see a "sales associate" lurking in the shadows.staring.waiting.slowly moving in to feast upon the prey that unwittingly wandered in to the pit of woe.

That's my honest review. Take it or leave it, I do not care. The manager did "upgrade" my mattress due to the manager lying about a phantom inbound shipment of mattresses that I was initially told was in stock. If it wasn't for Lien and her amazing customer service, and that mattress being comfy, I'd write a program to give this place negative stars. Happy shopping and good luck if you decide to shop there.

They follow around the store even after you tell them you just want to look. Can't have a conversation about the furniture without them coming up and interjecting in some way.

This location has amazing customer service. My salesperson, Melvin R.was very attentive to the specific items I was looking for and the space I was trying to occupy and matched me to some perfect pieces for a new apartment. Everything looks great, was delivered in a timely manner and I’m already on my second visit to shop for more

Jeff O. Helped me today pick out several pieces of furniture and he was awesome. He helped show me furniture that was in my price range and fit my requirements, and he was very honest about his opinions of what would work best for me and why.

Vanessa Alvarez was amazing! She was attentive and researched multiple options when what I envisioned wasn’t quite right. I went in with an objective in mind, but her flexibility and suggestions helped me select a 7 piece dining set with compromise; part of what she advised and part of what I still had in mind.
