Went looking for a bed. We had done some shopping around. Because of the amount of options they had we were able to purchase the bed we were looking for. Our salesperson was very friendly.

Bought my $2,600 sofa leather recliner at Ashley Furniture looks nice but it’s a complete rip off it has almost no padding, metal bars and is very uncomfortable i bought extended warranty and no one ever answers the phone at extended warranty customer service and I paid for extended warranty! Don’t buy furniture at Ashley furniture unless you plan on wasting your money on poor quality furniture inspect the hell out of it first and save your money on buying the extended warranty because you won’t have anyone answer the phone.

In the past, we had bought a sofa, when it was delivered they brought wrong color, we had to go thru a big ordeal, well we gave ashley furniture another chance, thinking, oh this can't happen again, we'll guess what we purchased a sofa and power recliner, and when delivered it was manual, so sent it back. They're customer solutions dept, they don't care. Her last comment to me was.try and have a better day, on chat. Then cut me off. That will be my final attempt with Ashley furniture. They have no customer service. They don't care how you are treated.

Made my dining room set purchase 2 years ago. Got tricked into buying extended warranty. 1 year ago I made a warranty claim for a replacement piece for one of the wooden chairs. The warehouse said they would ship a new piece. NEVER received. Now, the bench frame is split in half on one side. Called 3/2/21 to attempt to make a claim again and it just says number busy all day. Feel like I was robbed for big money on poor quality product. Also was pressured into buying a useless 5 year warranty. STAY AWAY

I’ve never been treated so poorly. The 3rd party delivery guys couldn’t put the table together because it was broken, left it in the giant box in our dining area and refused to return it to the store. They also got blood on our brand new white couch and all over the floor and didn’t even say anything. I tried to call the sales manager but she wouldn’t to come to the phone and said I had to come into the store to discuss any issues. Then when I got there she was extremely unprofessional and rude and refused to talk to me. She literally interrupted me and said “Bye! ” like an immature 7th grade girl. We’ve furnished 3 homes the last few years with Ashley furniture but now you’ve lost a loyal customer. Terrible experience.

Bought $15,000.00 worth of furniture in September and to date I have still not received all of my furniture. The warehouse refers me to the store where I bought the furniture and the store says they have no control. No one wants to take responsibility. They have rescheduled delivery at least 2 or 3 times. Its gotten so I cringe everytime I hear Ashley furniture and I more than likely will not be shopping there anymore. It is not worth the stress it creates.

Be careful on the Warranty service they sell you for your furniture. The companies will not cover what is expected. I have a modular Sectional and they will only repair part of the Sectional and do not care if the fabrics match. If the piece needs replacing they will only refund the single piece of the sectional.
I have been dealing with GBS Enterprises Warranty service for 2 months and I still have a broken sectional. I am dealing with my second repair company they have assigned to me because the first was rude and very difficult to schedule with.
It only gets worse. This is an update. I ordered my new furniture on 11/24/2020. It is now 1/2/2021 and I have been called 10 times by Ashley furniture in the past 10 days. They call one day to schedule delivery and the next day to cancel for delays. I feel like I am being harassed. Today the told me they do not know when my furniture will be delivered it could take 12 more weeks.

I purchased a two seater loveseat, three seater couch, ottoman and two rugs from the Ashley Homestore on Southern in Mesa, AZ. The sales agent was very attentive and helpful. We made decisions together. The cost was $800. It is a lot of money but it took a long time coming for me. The items were delivered by two guys. They unwrapped the couches and left the ottoman near the door inside. As they drove away I called the store to tell them that the guys delivering left the ottoman unwrapped and to my surprise it was a large size ottoman; not the one I expected. The sales lady on the phone said that there is no returns. No returns? No exchanges? This issue is still unresolved but not forgotten.

Went in this store to purchase a couch, but since we were not buying the whole set our sales man started helping someone else. I can’t believe the horrible service experience I had at the store.

Helpful and friendly.but every sofa we sat on was kind of uncomfortable for the price. The one we wanted was out of stock. And the display items were falling apart (crooked cabinet doors, handles hanging off dressers). Like how do you expect furniture to sell like this? Does no one know how to use a screwdriver? It was okay for what it was. Lol

We won’t be getting furniture til December 2nd. We have gotten called three times and all three of those times we have been rescheduled for delivery. So we are stuck paying for something we don’t have. Also, we were told the furniture we ordered has been discontinued, so we will see.

Not interested in helping to find the product I was looking for at another store, did not have a sample of what I was looking for and if I ordered it and didn’t like it I could not get a refund only a store credit. Unreasonable wait when calling store for assistance they did not pick up call at all. After 15 minutes you get a voicemail and they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours.this is not customer service, this is a disservice.

I ordered 2 new couch cushions at the end of June. I got an email it was ready and to call them to set up delivery. Called the lady was rude gave me the run around said there was no order and then put me on a 45 min call and hung up. I proceeded to call leave voicemails for days! Nothing! I finally go in to find out they canceled my order no refund just cancel it they had to reorder it! A month later i got sheets of fabric in the mail, go back to find out they sent me the wrong thing. Next day speak to the warehouse manager clarify what i need and ordered. Get another set of fabric. Go back in for them to tell me they now have to order the cushions they come separate then I have to schedule a technician to come and sew the fabric on the cushion. ‍️ so i wait another month! Finally last week I went back and cancel the whole order! And the guy couldn’t understand why I wanted my money back and cancel the order! It had been 4 months and the head ache and run around wasn’t worth it! I’ll never shop there again

I went to Ashley Furniture for a new matress I have back issues so I needed a extra plush matress the salesman Ron showed me one on display that was perfect but what I received in a box to my house is NOT the matress I tried at the store this thing is not plush at all there’s no give to the matress I bought the Anniversary Addition Matress in store when the box arrived I was beyond dissatisfied what I saw and what I got were two entirely different things the individual coils don’t move it’s like sleeping on the floor a part of the bed has a indent from where it didn’t inflate back properly what I was so excited for is ruined I waited two months to post this to truly give the matress a try it is not right I’m stuck with a matress that hurts me I don’t know how much I cry because I have no relief for my back I DO NOT recommend the Anniversary Matress save yourself the pain and money it’s not like there’s an exchange or refund on a matress what’s bought your stuck with maybe it’s the fact it’s shipped in a box either way I will NEVER buy another box bed if I can’t see that exact matress that will be mine before it’s delivered I’m not purchasing it.

Micheal Fasani did a great job understanding what I was looking for and didn't pressure me to get a sale. He showed me options out on the floor and in the catalog. Found what I needed and also got 50% off of what I bought.

There are simply not enough words to describe how bad their business is.
Ordering, Paying, being lied to repeatedly about delivery. I could go on and on.
PLEASE BEWARE AND USE CAUTION. You will wait a very very long time if you even get your furniture. Ashley Furniture is a manufacturing company that sells to other stores and they get priority over their own stores which just pay to use name. The store in Mesa is horrifically understaffed and poorly managed.try calling. Had to dispute credit card to get money back after 4 mo of waiting on one sofa.

Absolutely regret ever stepping a foot into this store! Spent almost $4400 for a bedroom set in July and was told the bed frame who be on back order no later than 6-8 weeks; just left the store because my husband has tried to call twice for an update and it’s October 1st and was rudely told by, Jo (manager) that almost sixty people are waiting for the same bed and it’s not like this was done on purpose! Seriously? ! Why would they keep selling a bed that they can’t fulfill at this time? ! Shady, lying and unethical employees that absolutely do not take responsibility for the lack of misleading statements to their customers. They’re all about making money and they could care less about customer service and quality of their merchandise. STAY AWAY! Furniture is overpriced and not top quality at all!
