I spent over $4000 at this location and out of the 10 items that I got, one did not work out For me, i needed to return one item and they were not able to help me with that.what a way to help customers out.extremely dissatisfied

Absolutely horrible service. Messed up the delivery after we were promised. Then I had to pay out of pocket $130 for 3rd party delivery to get reimbursed in the store. Then the mattress topper they sold me for my Tempur-Pedic doesn’t fit and is absolute trash. But no returns. $299.99 price tag. But they will only give $100 store credit. Wish I just would have went to the source. Straight to Tempur-Pedic!

Saw a headboard piece I seen on line. Went to the store to order it, the sales person was not paying attention. Not only that she was helping another person while helping me. But she only ordered the headboard instead of the whole bed. When I went back to let the store know they wanted me to pay more money for there mistake! I tried returning back the head board. And I couldn’t because NO ONE informed me that once I picked up the furniture from the warehouse and took it home I couldn’t not return it back. Once I tried to put my head board together the pieces and bolts to it were broken! It took them a whole month for them to send a technician out to fix it. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Alma Krueger was awesome! She did so well very professional very patient very good service! Made everything fun and simple! We had a good time and she was fair and got us good deals and savings! Probably did more than she was supposed to do she is in Avondale she was so sweet i was not happy starting out (not because of her) but the process i ended up so happy thank you Alma from Kevin, Celeste boucek and Kevin jr

Salesperson was helpful, but, shared the story as to why we downsized to a smaller bed than a king which is a king, must not have heard correctly and sold me a king size mattress, well, doesn't fit, called them after delivery and was told, no return policy for mattress, 800 dollars for a mistake and unwilling to help or make right, Shawn from Ashley's in Avondale, you just lost life long customer, and all my my family!

I can't even get my order right they brought out the wrong chair three times still waiting for the right chair very hard to get through to the right people

Plenty of selection but, not a lot in stock to carry out. Plan ahead so you can order what you want. Mostly it seemed the floor stock was just for viewing. They weren't willing to sell any of it, even at full price.

I had a chase part purchased and it was never processed, I called customer service and they had to call the store in order to see what it was that I even ordered, never buying from Ashley's again

Very good customer service we needed assistance and moises helped us right away and greeted us with a great smile. We got exactly what we where looking for and at an affordable price! Thank you moises

Go to the location on Bell rd. The service at the Avondale location is horrible. Worse than a car salesman.lol

Sales representative follow you around. Over hear your conversation with spouse. Jump in and continously talk about why you should finance. Over priced furniture and decor. Furniture is staged to upsale itmes together but appear as if you are getting a deal. Overall not a very pleasant experience here.

Guys, I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Alma at Ashley Home furniture Avondale is. She is amazing! She goes above and beyond for you. I went in looking for a three seated sectional with a chaise. And I found one. That I some what liked. Ordered it. But another couch I saw I couldnt get off my mind. Called Alma, and she got me a great deal on the other couch. And I'm so happy. Cancelled my first order. And ordered the other couch instead. Alma is 100% the lady to go to.

This is one of the most RACIST stores I've been to! I walked in with a friend wearing work cloth and their employees were giving us dirty looks and NOBODY wanted to help me! Worst experience ever! Their employees are the worst! I've been waiting a whole month for my mattress to be delivered and every time I call they change the ETA! I've called 3 times and spoke with a girl named Cynthia, very rude and she hung up the phone on me twice! Awful service!

I purchased a bed from Annette Martinez and she made my experience with Ashley a great one! She is professional and very accommodating! You don’t feel pressured to purchase from her & makes your buying experience a pleasant one! I will be returning to Ashley because of the service she gave. Thank you again Annette!
