Both of our deliveries have been late and damaged. We confirmed our delivery time twice within a 48 hour period and then were not informed that the items were on back order for an additional month and would not be delivered. Awful experience with Ashley and will definitely not buy from them again.

Have been purchasing from Ashley for a while however this last time has been problematic. I live 2 hours away and called twice last week to confirm my purchases were available and went down to pick it up and part of the oder wasn't available. I was told I dont know why the store said you can come get it we won't have any of that item until next month and you need to go talk to your store and figure it out. So on the fence about working with this warehouse again.

Quick pick up, staff are not very willing to open the purchases to inspect, but they do it if you ask.

They are quick, polite and load your vehicle safely. I’m an interior designer and I use Ashley a lot, this warehouse is easy to locate and never a line. Ashley has excellent deals and the sales staff are very friendly.

Jose and Cody were AMAZING! Made the experience easy and had awesome customer service. I hope we get them again if we ever order anything from Ashley Homestore again

Picked up our brand new dinette set from the warehouse & it looks great & it was on sale. The crew helped load it took about 20 minutes nice place, take your own ropes or tie downs a pick up is ideal.

There's basically no parking so if you are stuck waiting for them to get an order ready, then you are probably just going to be driving in circles or parked in the middle of the lot blocking traffic. If you're going to have a warehouse where people can pick things up, there has to be somewhere for them to go. As others have said, the wait times are not gest either.

Had a great experience at Ashley home store. Our salesperson was Mr Honeywell! He worked with us from start to finish and got the job done! We are very happy customers and will shop here again!

This place is way overpriced for the ikea made furniture that they sell, will never buy from them again

Terrible. Purchased a bed frame and after unboxing it we realized it was damaged. We called customer service and it was horrendous. They did not communicate between stores and each time I called to confirm delivery times etc they had no clue it was scheduled. Terrible customer service that expects you to spend your gas and time to return things they delivered damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Inspect all pieces before you purchase and dont expect customer service.

First time buyers at Ashley and I will "NEVER" invested my time or money there again! We purchased a sectional and and a king size head board. Which the head board came in damaged and the love seat was unfinished. We are going on 2 months of waiting for these items to come in. The employees and management at the warehouse on Vanburen are very rude & unprofessional. I talked to the manager Brandy there and she hung up the phone on me. The receptionist Isabel was very unprofessional and laughed on the phone while i was angry. I told her that this situation was not a joke or funny in way, shape or form. I called the cooperate office that they aren't any more professional there. This tells you a lot about the service you get here at Ashley's. They don't care about their customers and hire the most low standard employees that need way more training! This was NOT worth the headaches. Lesson learned.

STOP SELLING THE WARRANTY SCAM! HAVE INTEGRITY ASHLEY FURNITURE.
Do not purchase the warranty for the furniture. The company they use is a scam. I called to have a minor scratch on my entertainment center repaired and they said that isnt covered. Even though they told me minutes earlier that accidental scratches were covered.

Picked up our lamps. After a prolonged process to pickup our lamps the ladies in the office were fantastic. Appreciate the extra effort they made!

This is out of the box. Every piece of furniture I have received from this warehouse has been damaged or missing parts. And you can't return to store so you have to venture back to south phx. Save your money and your headache. Go to living spaces for higher quality and better service.

The warehouse is quite a way from the Glendale store. The sales person should have mentioned that. In hindsight, we would have opted for delivery. Once we arrived at the warehouse to pick up it was about a half hour wait to get our purchase. Other furniture stores we’ve used had much better service.

I bought a bought a living room set ans dining toom set there over a year ago. The salesman supposedly was giving us $1000 off all this if we bought a bed and matress, which we did. He said the $1000 would be credited to our Ashley Credit card within 3 billing cycles. It never was and I have called several times and he nevers return my call. My niece moved into a new house recently and ordered a house full of furniture from them and she has since cancelled the order.

Most of the furniture is overpriced, the in-store service is bad, and they've had my delivery wrong twice now. You'll have a much better experience buying online at Amazon or Overstock.

They have wonderful service! They have Excellent friendly and professional staff who welcomed us at the moment we entered the store and immediately helped us find the mattress we needed at an amazing price. This store has an amazing selection of home furnishings and we will definitely be returning for future purchases for our home.

Picked up our new sofa here. Easy to find. The staff loaded the sofa in the truck for me. Nothing really to complain about. We bought the sofa at the store and then had to go to the warehouse to pick it up.
