I got a full face threading and I loved it. Great work and very fast.she got every part of my face extra smooth fast first time coming to this location since it’s closer to my home then where my normal place to go to is and now I will be coming back more often. Very satisfy with their amazing work.

Just got my eyebrows done. Told her I wasn’t happy. They are uneven. I asked if I could speak with owner she told me the owner would not care. I will not be returning.

I had to keep telling the girl threading my eyebrows that they were uneven and missed some areas around brows. She seemed to get upset and started speaking to the employee in their language (Hindi) making comments about me to each other. I responded to them in Arabic. If you are doing a unsatisfactory job and client is asking to please address issues being brought to your attention, do so; but don't make comments about the customer, in their presence. Be professional and respectful. I never go back or recommend this business to anyone.

Ask the lady just to not make my eyebrow thin b/c my eyebrows are thick and I just wanted them cleaned out and the first thing she did is made my eyebrows thin

So I went to go get my brows tinted. 15$ for nothing the lady didn't let the henna sit long enough so it looks like they didn't do anything

Never going back! The lady that did my eyebrows. Cut me up. She told me that that’s what they do here and it will get better. My eyebrow swallowed up for how bad she cut me! I can’t believe this I’m never going back!

Covid is going around and the workers are lazy! They do not clean after every person! Sanitize your chairs after each person!

Went there and they asked if I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up. I said yes and it looks like I didn’t even do them. They charged me

I came here to do my eyebrows for the first time ever for my sweet 16 and let me tell you those pictures look amazing.
