The people at this office are fabulous! Took great care of me and my dental problems! They restored my faith that there are caring, skilled dentists & staff out there!

This was the worst dental experience I've ever had. After getting a piece of food stuck in my gums and being in a lot of pain, I called in about a dental emergency. I was sent to a different location 30 min from my house. When I got there, I was told they couldn't see me today. They called me the wrong first name and didn't even know I was being sent over by another office. The dentist did see me but he barely touched my mouth. He didn't help me at all. He told me there was nothing stuck in my gums. I was charged $140 for nothing. I went home and got the piece of food out myself. Such an unprofessional and uncaring experience.

I really enjoyed my experience here with Aspen dental on two different occasions. I got a deep cleaning my first time with them and it was amazing.

Rip Off.they want 60% of my estimated work done down in cash, I have double the insurance to cover the work I need done, with NO deductible on any services!
I was told at the end of the year they would refund any money I didn't spend! Hold my money first the year when my insurance company pays 100% of needed work! Run! Find another company that's not out to rip you off, or your insurance company.
Sad part I found the dentist amazing. If this company continues to lose him money I suggest he find a company with better moral standards!
Also know if they do this to you call your insurance company and report them.

Truly the best dental care I have ever received! They seem to genuinely care about you and your service. I love that they build a personable relationship with you which made me feel so much more comfortable! They also informed me of everything they were doing, what they saw, and gave ample advice to help me with my own oral care at home. Loved my experience here! I will definitely be returning!

My first deep maintenance cleaning and she was so gentle and always communicated expectations.i was relaxed and knew i was in good hands. She was very detailed when explaining the features of rhe new electric toothbrush. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming!

The best experience I ever could ask for. Every person I met was like a best friend. Most wonderful people in the world. I will miss them all.

But for reals, it starts out by having tooth pain that I was suffering for a month, scheduled my appointment got in and got taken care of right away.
Everyone was very helpful and attentive. From Jasmin taking X-rays to Adrianna and Emily preping me and Dr. Koolick helping with my teeth so the pain is gone thanks to this team. Even you Jane. Highly recommend this facility and will make this my official provider. Worth the hour drive

Walked in they helped right away had me taken care of within an hour and was back on the road good turnaround time and awesome staff appreciate everything keep up the good work

Everyone I met from, the front desk, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were amazing. I need a lot of work done and was very self conscious, but they made me feel so welcomed I forgot about being so self conscious. I truly appreciate them and look forward to every future visit.

I wish I could get a 0 stars I went to get dentures and not only did they have me come back for so many appointments they still did not get my dentures. Over 10 visits and almost $1300 and I still got stuck with dentures I can’t wear and have not worn. They could of at least just refunded me and took this messed up dentures such a rip off.

I was so nervous going down I had a very high anxiety level. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. The Dennis was very patient with me explained everything and listen to me. I have never been with a dentist that special.

I have pretty bad dental anxiety. So when a bridge popped out and I had to make an appointment, I was lucky that Aspen was the first call I made. They got me in the next morning. The office staff were excellent (shout out to Emily!), very relaxed and they make you feel comfortable from the start. I never felt bad about my severe dental anxiety. Everyone went slow, they explained what they were doing, they let me see and touch the instruments before using them, and they really took their time. I was not shamed for the state of my teeth for avoiding the dentist for the last 5 years at least, and any time I was emotional, I received nothing but compassion and reassurance. They asked questions, they got to know me before working on my teeth, and the whole experience was very calming. I absolutely would return here. And I won’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone who has dental anxiety.

Normally I hate the dentist, but the whole Aspen dental team was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so nice and they explained everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

X ray technician and all personnel excellent. Appears front desk area needs more help. Very happy with overal experiece.

Dr Koolick and his team are the best, I went in for a full set of dentures and so far it's been the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The whole team is AMAZING, I will definitely be telling everyone I know to come to the Metro office. Absolutely love them!

The staff was great & the dentist did a great job! They substituted for my dentist who wasn't in the office at the time, saw me rt away & actually did a better job then the other 2 locations I had work done at previously!
