Aspen Dental, Goodyear AZ

I saw an ad on Facebook which caught my attention, so I called to schedule an appointment. When I was contacted by the office, I was told that I hadn't read it correctly. But I still kept my appointment. I felt very comfortable when I arrived, and discussed my.needs. The staff was great.

Very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. For what I needed done I was able to get part of it done that day. 1st time visit. Then set up an appointment for the 2nd part. Very reasonable pricing. I will very much recommend Aspen dental to my friends.

The Scheduling System lacks cohesion and the website does not function properly. Also the phone number they have listed for the website know one answers. I got 3 reminder calls for my appointment after I acknowledge the first one, yet no help with the website! The reason I gave them 4* is the Staff at the Goodyear, AZ location is FIRST CLASS! The new Office Manager was responsive and they have great Dental Hygienist's and Dentist's!

Hubby had work done June 2018. We paid in full.first a $45 bill came for 6 months then when I refused to pay that they change it to $618. Now its in collections. Dentures never fit properly and a 2 years later they want an additional 600 bucks! Credit hit took 24 pt drop over their bs tactics. Also i was quoted over a grand for extraction, went to another dentist got it done for $350. Aspen dental definitely price gouges

Love this dentist office! From the front receptionist to the dental assistants to the hygienist to the dr and all the way back to the office manager, they are all polite, caring and truly love what they do which shows every time I come in!

Probably have the WORST front desk ladies.made us an appointment, told us they accepted the insurance that we have and when we got there we were denied.don’t recommend this location.snobby ladies who
need to learn their place.i can’t speak for any other locations but this one is trash.

I found the office to be very friendly the staff is wonderful very knowledgeable the doctor was very calming and gave a lot of options on treatment and that’s what we were looking for and the pricing is very reasonable

Avoid this location. $2500/ 8hrs sick time they still provide horrible service and excuses. Will be going to another dentist. Thanks to the work they provided I have bone loss and need to have the crown pulled because they missed a pocket during cleaning. Long waiting as usual. Good at taking insurance for a ride to get what they can.

Very good they were right on with appt. Times did what they said they would do return visit on time again was I, exam room approx. 20 min they made sure everything was correct and I was out of there.

It was as great an office of caring personnel as I have ever encountered, aside from one other many years ago.

This place is a joke. I went in to get dentures n they talked me into getting bridges n i waited 2 years to get the permanents n now they say i need dentures after i ve spent 1800 dollars n they want another 3 grand.

Awesome place to go to. I've been going since August of last year and never once have I had a bad experience. Everyone treats you like family, I was nervous at first but that all went away immediately. Always take care of me and my wife and couldn't thank them enough.

I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental! First I went in to get a cleaning from Sunshine and she was really great! She explained my treatment really well and made sure I understood what she was going to do. I was nervous walking in, but she really put me at ease and made sure I was never in pain or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a hygienist.

The next day I had to go in to get a couple cavities filled. This day I was really nervous because I've never had any dental work done and having to get part of my mouth numb made me anxious. The two woman who worked on me were so nice! They could tell I was nervous and reassured me through the whole procedure. I am just really happy with the staff and the way they care for thier patients!

Very professional and caring in the Goodyear office under the new managing Director, Dr. Justin Ewell. Several years ago in October 2016 I was not able to say this.

Was in Phoenix on business and had a horrible toothache strike on my 2nd day of a 10 day trip. Couldn't even eat.my only regret is that I didn't call sooner. They got me in within 4 hours of calling, staff was great and the Dr talked me out of yanking one of my few molars left. I wanted it out due to pain but he had me out of pain within 24 hours. Getting the tooth repaired at my local dentist but extremely grateful that he talked me out of pulling it on the spot. I spend a lot of time in Phoenix and will definitely go back of needed!

My sister has been to this office on several occasions and recommended it to me. The was condescending and refuse to fix my front tooth unless I let him pull all my teeth and replace them with Dentures I said I wasn't ready to do that right now just meet at the front one fixed and ended up leaving getting nothing done. My sister was so upset by the doctor's attitude that she decided her and my mom will never go back again either

Called for appointment for cleaning was unable to make appointment with person was told I had to come in for exam prior to cleaning. Originally had an appointment 6 months prior and they called and cancelled my appointment. I was told it had been 12 months since last cleaning and I would have to come in first for exam. Argued with phone help and was supposed to get call back from manager. I have been a patient with them for several years. It's been 3 days. Called Alameda Dental Group and they made appointment immediately and emailed forms I needed to fill out. Filled out and emailed back. Have appointment for next Monday morning, no problem. Your fired!

The front staff and dentists are great. The hygienist however is rude short and never even looked at my mouth before prescribing A $2000 cleaning. I went to a second dentist recommended by Friends. Their bill was $1500 less and they actually inspected my mouth thoroughly. Just another corporate chain trying to pad their bottom line with the perceived ignorance of the customer.

A very difficult company to work with if you need anything more than the most basic dentistry. It appears that they are mostly a store for dentures at this location. I paid for additional services I never received from a specialist/dentist who had no real idea why I was there to see him and seemed to outright dismiss my concerns (and those of their own staff) when I explained them.

The Aspen Dental corporate office denies accountability, relying on how each office is independent. Independent office does not return calls to me. I am not sure if this is indicative of all Aspen locations or just this one in Goodyear. Sad times.
