First of all, moving here was GREAT in the beginning. My family and I have been living here for nearly 3 years and ever since last year we started having more and more problems with things around in our apartment. First, our oven has not been fixed or even looked at for almost a year, meaning that our oven hasn’t been in use because of lack of attention from the office. My mother and I have been requesting so many times now for our oven to be looked at but No one seems to notice. Second, maintenance seems to not care about our problems, especially now that our apartment is flooded now since last Thursday from our kitchen sink! The maintenance person never came back or seemed to not know what to do about it so we have to call around Flagstaff trying to get some help. Even tho we have renter’s insurance, nada…. Months back, my mother broke her ankle due to black ice in front of office and no one seemed to care at all. Also along with parking, my mom is in crutches and can not walk very far especially when we have to park in the rear parking area. Last, why is rent so high especially living in a run down unit like this.and yes, no heating or no cooling so our winters are FREEZING… Thankyou

Please do not consider moving here. Flagstaff unfortunately has very predatory rent prices but, this place takes the cake. Living here has been nothing short than hell for the following reasons:

No AC, heating is non-existent (radiator heating is awful), no washer and dryer in ANY unit, all appliances and surfaces with 20+ years of wear and tear. Your ceilings have ~10% asbestos according to maintenance. Someone is in the office maybe once or twice a month at BEST. Management left a replacement appliance in the box for 3 months and claimed to have (lost the work order). They will not plow the parking lot during heavy snow and nobody came to plow our sidewalks for over a month.

MEB sold this property to Chamberlin and though my time with them is short, their customer service may have been shorter than MEBs stick they gave me.

Do not live here. You pay $1500+ for a single bed, cold all the time, and an ant problem that will never stop. MEB or CA do not bother to respond to this all of you should be ashamed how you treat residents.

This MAY not be the WORST place in Flagstaff I can vouch for many residents who I know are still there they REGRET their decision. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
