I just moved in absolutely love my new home, a few things wernt working in the apartment management immediately got on top of it

Also they offer upgrades you can purchase like ceiling fans and lights, digital Thermostat which is great because it helps you save time and money plus with the new Thermostat kids can't get to it anymore

Jenny and her team are amazing I recommend if your looking for a beautiful home with a save and cozy environment THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Trucks, cars, motorcycles all modified throughout the neighborhood makes me feel right at home!

The amount of loud motorcycles in this complex is out of control, and this place has gotten noticeably more dumpy in the last year or so. We will not be renewing our lease.

Update: I went in to the office to try an resolve the issue and management pretty much told me to kick rocks. They rented multiple units to a MOTORCYCLE SCHOOL called MMI and they pack 4 people in each apartment, all of whom have loud Harleys. It just sucks that aspire was so willing to screw over their current residents to make a quick buck. Sad!

Jenny Tetesco
Is amazing
Helped us get a 3 bedroom

She walked us threw the whole process and held our hand, COVID is making it impossible to get apartments these days at least one the size you actually need, JENNY NOT ONLY GOT US THE SIZE WE NEEDED BUT HELPED US GET IN IMMEDIATELY!

I RECOMMEND YOU SEE HER IF YOUR LOOKING

Poor experience with staff, they won't hold your mail, thanks for sending away my expensive item I had shipped here instead of just hanging onto it for a day

Perfect if you want to live on a freeway! I have lived here for over 3 years and it's been fine. There have been a couple of maintenance and pest issues, but otherwise nice and lovely grounds. Then, a few months ago, the complex rented many apartments to a trade school. A motorcycle trade school. Now the two parking spaces directly in front of our bedroom window are occupied by 7 motorcycles. 7. They come and go at all hours, making it extremely difficult to sleep or work. And these are just the ones in front of our apartment. We asked management about it, they basically said it wasn't our place to say who they rent to and that the motorcycles hve been decreased. Again, 7. In 2 spaces. Unfortunately I am not tech savvy enough to add the pictures, but trust me when I say if you love the sound of revving engines all night and day and have wondered what it is like to live under a freeway overpass, this complex is for you!

This place desperately needs a gate code. As a delivery driver, this is one of my least favorite places to deliver to. There seems to be almost no guest parking, though there isn't much that can be done about that. Please at least begin using a gate code instead of a directory!

Lived here for 3 years with no issues until just recently, I don't know if they cut their rates but wow, earlier review is spot on about motorcycles too, I hear them day and night.

Stay away! Extremely shady and don’t disclose things to tenants. Then at move out charge ridiculous fees. Apartments are old and rundown and need some serious renovations for their expensive pricing.

Amenities are tough to beat, our dishwasher doesn't work and they try to Penny and dime you for small upgrades. Other than that it's a great place. The two bedroom is huge and the utilities in the summer aren't bad. Was 4 star but the move out was a joke. They nickle and dime you for everything. Good luck.

At this point I have to rate this complex a 2 but if it weren't for the amenities it would be a 1. I have a third floor apartment to lessen any chance of noise disturbance, but the slamming of doors all throughout the building shakes my walls so bad that my pictures have fallen off multiple times! I've complained and it still happens. The doors need springs! I never sleep well and my lease doesn't end for months.

Nice place but.like the other reviews. I’ve had the same experience. Charge you for everything. Zero help from the staff. Read the reviews before you sign a lease at this place!

I lived here for 2 years and the electric always blew out and was never fixed, AC leaked and was never fixed and when I moved out they charged the maximum amount and lied about condition taking my entire security deposit. Horrible! I left because they raised my rent over $150!

Price is going up every year. If you are about to contract, please reconsider. Staffs are very rude everytime I go there to ask some questions or pick up my packages. It is closed to I-17 and walmart. That is the only thing the aspire has.

READ BEFORE RENTING I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH
Let’s start with what I will call summer problems. During the summer since you live next to the wash at night expect to see droves of cockroaches running around the property. These will get into your apartment from time to time as well. Nothing you can do about the amount of roaches that inhabit the grounds at night during the summer. Also, be prepared to find scorpions frequently in your apartment. I would find them more often than I like. During the summer around the property in the water reservoirs they get inhabited by bees. These are the same bee’s I got swarmed on and broke my glasses. When I called to report it my response back was “that sucks” also filled with laughter. No apologies, no offer to replace my glasses due to lack of maintenance to get rid of these hives. Also during the move out process, I was told we can’t take blame for Mother Nature (Good one! It’s rich and condescending). These bees are all around the property. Occasionally I would find a small snake on the grounds as well. These are what I deem the summer problems of Aspire.
Also expect a fee on everything you do. Everything at Aspire comes with a cost. If they have to hold your package for whatever reason (good luck getting your package btw they hold your items hostage). If you are not home for certain inspections, BAM! Fee. Doesn’t matter you will find multiple pricing scales along the journey. Maintenance request are met with prompt delays with a smile. I had a broker shower head that did not get fixed for a week. I eventually out of pocket had to replace it myself. I had multiple issues within the apartment that ended up with long wait times. Once a maintenance guy left my apartment and swung the door open wide and let it slam. I didn’t say anything to the guy let him do the work as needed. I guess that is rude? I don’t know the reason for that action (maybe it’s just because of the company he works for?). Point of this section is the management is far from professional it is of the finest LOWER END of customer service. This is not only my opinion but that of many residents who moved out from all demographics with the same feelings.
Also a lot of people will not pick up after their pets so you will see dog poop scattered on the property as well.
My move out after 5+ years. This was one of the most and horrible experiences of all my years of renting. I get that you leave your apartment in a clean condition (which I did), I get there is a check list of items to take care of (again, I did). This is not enough for them. I had a pre move out inspection and within seconds and from 7ft away the apartment manager points at a crack in my microwave door that was hairline and very hard to see especially from his vantage and distance. I got dinged $175 for this door. The truth is, this probably was there prior to me moving in. I never noticed this because of how small it is. My guess is, it’s not fixed and the new tenant will pay for it yet again. My door blind which is the worst grade material (vinyl) broke within the first year, as many do when you walk around the property, you will also pay for this. I sold blinds for over 10 years, I know how to treat them, use them and what is a true quality as these are not. Whenever I had asked them to replace the blind, that always came with a cost and they never own up to the quality of this blind, again it was about money. My walls were cleaned and I was told that it’s best to let them do the touch up paint at a cost of $65, it ended up being $150 in the end. Consider your deposit GONE when you move into this place. They will find reasons to take it. All but one person in this company has been unapologetic and insincere and representing the company brand with abrasiveness and unprofessional tact (as you will find in your residency period if you so choose to try this).

This apartment community is not what they portray. They will charge you for everything, from picking up your mail in the leasing office (I don’t care if it’s a one time fee, we refused to pay it and demanded our mail) to charging you for gas that is used for the amenities. Our neighbors apartment was broke into and management still charged them a 30 day fee to get out of their lease. Their free breakfast is a joke. Most of the food like pancakes or biscuits are prepared the day before and limited. Juice is never serviced, it’s usually lemonade or hi-c and coffee was rarely available. Management will make you pay for carpet cleaning when you move out, no way around it. Overall the management here has left a bad taste in my mouth for apartment living. No empathy or care for their residents. Don’t live here. There are many other communities that don’t charge for amenities and make apartment living enjoyable.

I cannot stress enough HOW LAZY AND RUDE the employees are at this property. I don't write reviews, but I feel the need to warn future renters. I had a very simple question which the receptionist with short blonde hair and Halloween like false lashes could have easily answered.

Instead she talked down to me then acted put out when she had to get out of her seat. There was absolutely NO REASON for that behavior, she wasn't on the phone she wasn't helping anyone, she was doing absolutely nothing and apparently I interrupted her doing absolutely nothing. Sadly this isn't the first, second or third time I've dealt with her rudeness.

Maintenance issues take a week or longer to fix, the place is crawling with bugs, cigarette butts, dog poop and trash. If you have kids the weekend nights at the pool is extremely unsafe. People are consuming a lot of alcohol, there's smoking and drug use. My 7 year old son asked what the funny smell was, I couldn't tell him it was marijuana I said maybe someone burnt something on the grill.

The whole withholding your mail and packages for a fee is a joke and a federal offense, it's called obstruction of mail. Their reason for it was people were helping themselves to the mail room.here's an idea keep the door locked!

I can deal with high rent, but I can't deal with high rent, drug and alcohol pool parties, dirty grounds, fee's for everything and most of all very rude and very incompetent staff.

Wow, thank you for the reviews. I was about to sign a contract because I thought the place looked perfect for me. With so many bad reviews, I decided to not move here. Thank you to the people that gave honest reviews. I see a lot about bugs, scorpions, rent raising all the time etc.

I lived here for a year, and they took me over $1,000 in cleaning fees. Even after cleaning up. It is a waste to give a star

As a previous tenant, I’m almost certain that the 5 star reviews are paid. The staff is useless and try to get every dollar from you. Overall you will leave there with such a bad taste that you cannot recommend this place to anyone! When there are so many other places to stay you would wonder why you would pick a place that would eventually treat you like dirt grabbing your own money. I have another review on how they tried to increase the rent by 60% etc.

First off I know Claudio the man who last reviewed Aspire he moved out of because he was tired of the BS. I'm scratching my head here, was he bribed to write a good review?

I have lived here for many years, I've seen the up and downs of this place. It's currently at the bottom of the barrel, I will be breaking my lease, it is that bad. It IS NO LONGER a luxury apartment.

FACT Dec 23rd 2017 two days before Christmas the mail carrier vehicle WAS STOLEN from the parking lot.

FACT Oct -Dec 2017 we received an email stating "kids" were vandalizing patios, and throwing DOG FECES onto them.

FACT Oct- Dec 2017 we received an email stating the nature of Wal-mart shopping carts being left on the premises.

FACT Oct-Dec 2017 we received an email stating the nature of cigarette butts scattered on the premises.

FACT Oct-Dec 2017 we received an email about trash strewn everywhere but the in the garbage receptacles.

FACT Oct- Dec 2017 we received an email about the severe bug problems, i.e. Cockroaches, scorpions blaming construction next door, which there is no construction directly next door. Since I've lived here this place has had bug issues.

FACT As of Jan 2018 YOU have to pay to receive packages.

FACT As of Jan 2018 if the office is closed your package WILL BE RETURNED to ups, fedex, usps.you will have to go retrieve it yourself.

FACT the office likes to close down ALL THE TIME for NO reason with NO warning, just a sign on the door.

FACT it has a nice clubhouse and pool with many amenities, but you have to pay EXTRA for these amenities and FACT more often than not the amenities are not available.

FACT they always throw events so if you like to mingle or have a family it's good.

FACT all the money spent on events prohibits proper maintenance on the important things like gates, pool, and gym, etc because it's not in their budget.

FACT they do serve free breakfast, it's very basic and ALL of the Asians take the food.

FACT there is hundreds of Asian pilot students living here, HUNDREDS. They take over every amenity available

FACT these Asian are dirty, they leave shopping carts, cigarette butts and garbage EVERYWHERE.

FACT there is high turnover with the office staff and they WILL NOT help you unless it's a maintenance issue.

FACT they will not do anything with problem/violent tenants, even if the police are called numerous times.

FACT they have a security firm they use, but they ARE NOT on sight. 8 out of 10 times when you call you will receive a VOICEMAIL

FACT the "dog park" is always locked. ALWAYS.

FACT As hard as you clean your apartment when you move out, you will still end up paying

I could go on and on, just know all the negative reviews ARE TRUE. The office staff will be very sweet and lure you in, but once you sign the lease, you are on your own! They WILL NOT be responsible for anything that goes wrong unless it's a maintenance issue or anything else that falls under the AZ landlord tenant act.
