Horrible home owner service - do not answer phone, doe not call back on less than a week, email responses are about the same.likely related to the fact that they owe us over $400.got response here (only) telling me send email to them - ALREADY DID THAT - no answer of course

Had to deal with some outside repairs. Talked with Joelle Anderson about what steps I would need to take care of. She was very kind and prompt with her help. Couldn't be happier with how it is working out.

Joelle Anderson stepped up in a big way when her colleague (our actual manager) was unexpectedly called away with a family matter. Joelle promptly answered all our questions in a very professional and timely manner.

We had a leak external to our unit, which falls under HOA responsibility. It's been over 5 months and they have yet to fix the issue. Pathetic.
