Associated Asset Management (AAM, LLC) reviews
12Part of the Avance community. Associate Asset Management HOA has been a pleasure to work with. Specifically, Austin Palmer, the community manager, has been so easy to communicate with. He is very professional and responsive to emails and requests. It has been a great experience so far and hope it continues into the future.
My HOA hired AAM 15+ years ago. I've worked with multiple community managers but my expectations have been exceeded since we started working with Michelle Woloszyk (Central Arizona).
As a HOA board member,
i have had great experiences with AAM. They provide educated managers, an excellent accounting department, and legal knowledge of the state laws that affect HOAs. Additionally, they provide training for board members.
I am writing as a homeowner in Prescott, AZ. Over the five years we have lived in our community under management by AAM we have had a good relationship with Nicole Brooks, CAAM, Northern Arizona Community Manager. She responds quickly to our queries and we feel she is an effective liaison for us.
Our HOA is managed by Associated Asset and I am exceptionally happy with the folks that manage our HOA, Caroline, Monika, and Ashley are very responsive to questions or problems, professional and just plain friendly. Caroline, our Community Manager handles every problem with professionalism and clarity. As a member of our Facilities and Landscape Committee, believe me I have seen her in action. We could not ask for a better team than we have at Sundance Active Adult inBuckeye.

The worst managing company ever.
With management like that they should not be in MANAGEMENT BUSINESS
Open up our pool at Villas at moon valley or give us our HOA fees back. All community pools are Open, hotel pools are open
We need our pool back ASAP, when are you going to open it up? Dates please
This company has been the worst. Working with them has been difficult and they don’t even take care of all the hoa rules. They just pick and choose which ones they want to enforce. Why am I paying so much money for a company that won’t even do what they say they will do.
Our association recently changed to AAM. As a board member of our association I can say that our new property manager and their accounting department have been very responsive to our community's (Country Estates) needs. I am very pleased with our property manager's communication and follow through with our board requests.
David Robinson took over the Villa Santa Fe account in January and inherited, frankly, a hot mess. Over the past nine months, he has worked very hard to get the property up to code. There were also numerous instances of "surprises" that came up that David handled really well. Overall, I am very pleased with how David is handling our property and hope he continues as the property manager.
Is an HOA Board Member, I have partnered with AAM for years.they are nothing but professional, thorough and compassionate. Its been a great experience and I highly recommend this management company.
TERRIBLE/ I have called and sent photos of the pool and have not been able to go swimming. It is disgusting, there is no skimmer and nobody in the Overland Hills 111 seems to care. They obviously don't have a pool man. They are very quick to give a summons if you have weeds or keep your trash cans out but when it comes to what we pay for they don't care. They just paid a lot of money to re-do the pool for WHAT? It looks awful. There used to be a woman named Susan who used to go there everyday and make sure it looked good but she doesn't do that anymore. Someone better come to the plate and take care of this or stop collecting our $34.00 a month.
Last November we received a letter from our HOA, AAM, stating that our pontoon boat was in disrepair and needed some attention. We knew that, of course, but the holidays were fast approaching so it was put on the back burner. In January we received a 2nd reminder. Ignored that too. It was cold and rainy. In March came a 3rd letter, with a fine. Well, by then we had started and nearly completed the necessary work. I called AAM and didn't get our community manager, so I had to leave a message, thoroughly expecting to have to call back again and again. The community manager didn't call back but Administrative Assistant, Diana Peters, did and within about an hour of leaving a message! I explained to Diana that we had waited until the holidays and rainy weather had passed and we were nearly complete with the necessary work. She quickly did away with the fine and gave us a 30 days extension stating if we need more time let her know. Wow! Thank you Diana Peters, if you keep it up you are going to give HOA's a good name! ;D
