Associated Dental Care Tucson N Campbell

Apparently Associated’s call center scheduled my appointment date and time to see the dentist. When I arrived I learned there were no dentists in the office. Additionally the service I requested was not properly entered by the call center

I was extremely pleased with this facility. Very clean and professional. Pauline is an exceptional Dental Hygienist. She is very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I will always request her. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful.

Associated Dental is the place that cares about the patient 101% My dentist and he's number one assistant are a great team that gets the job done right and are professional about it! The patients comfort and care is number one requirement for them. I highly recommend the place!

Dr Stringer and his crew are by far the greatest dentist and office I've been to. No one looks forward to going to the dentist but because of them I look forward to it. They are fantastic

They were GREAT! My only concern is that they didn't inform me of an available discount program until after I had paid thousands of dollars & then only because I asked them. I wish they took regular dental insurance. The Dentist and associated staff were FABULOUS! I am SO GRATEFUL for their help!

Candy is a great dental hygienist. I have been going there for years and they’re highly recommend them.

Not having been to a dentist in years I was definitely anxious going in for a first appointment. Everyone here was so nice and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I never felt uncomfortable or like I didn’t know what was going on. Would definitely recommend them and don’t think I’ll have any nerves going in next time.

I called last week to make and appointment where I expressly asked for a cleaning and exam which is standard. The insurance I have they accept. I did have problems obtaining my card but went out of my way, something they didn't do to try to get them my member number given to me by my insurance company. So when I called to make an appt I expressly stated I wanted and exam and cleaning. I work nights as a nurse and this morning stayed up with the expectation that since I had expressly asked for a cleaning and exam that is what I would be getting. I arrived exhausted as I have to return to work in at 7pm tonight. Apparently they use a call center to book appts, so the person I spoke with lead me to believe I would have the thing I asked for clearly.and exam and cleaning. I get to the office today.it is not a traditional office, but more like a dental mill.tons of people there.when I was called back, I was told all that would be happening was X-rays today.first anyone had told me about that.on the sheet they were going to submit to insurance the time they allotted for the visit was 90 minutes. I took a photo of it.so X-rays take 90 minutes? They kept saying that I had given them the wrong insurance member number.not sure what that has to do with me not getting what I asked for and planned to get when I made the appointment and stayed up 4 hours after getting off of working overnight as an RN and having to go back tonight to work in about 5 hours. The girl at the office said that they don't do exams and cleanings on the same day as xrays.that's a new one to me after decades of going to dentists for preventive care. She stated they use a call center, so I am thinking the call center probably has no idea they don't do X-rays and cleanings at the same time which Is why I was misled by the call center. I am having surgery after which I will not be able to have my teeth cleaned or examined for some time. The whole sequence of events was really horrible and then instead of saying they were sorry they argued with me about how the call center had recorded it was just for xrays when I expressly let them know I wanted a cleaning/exam.will never go back both due to the incompetence or lack of education of their call center in relation to the many offices they make appointments for and for the argumentative nature about them saying they didn't get my correct insurance number.just a mess all the way around.

The people that work there are great Barbara was a out standing she very helpful and explained things very well

Dr. Muul and his staff were great! I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but they were so kind, gentle, and informative. It definitely helped ease my anxiety. Thank you for the great care!
