9Had multiple questions, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided resources of interpretation as I'm not good in English. SW's are very nice, provided above and beyond information and when the question is not in their area, they state that and provide further guidance. LOVE THIS PLACE, Wish I can work here one day.
Courteous and professional staff. They treat everyone with respect and have a deep knowledge of regulations that affect international students and scholars at ASU.
Low efficiency and worse service. Students workers know nothing about their jobs, so do some leading workers.
I called them twice over phone the past year. Both these times, I waited for over 45 minites for a reply.
If your call is put on hold then come back after a meal and you would still be waiting for a response from them.
Their new policy requires you to submit an "e-form" before having a travel signature, which is absolutely stupid and time-wasting. It had been so inefficient already and now it's getting worse.
Make sure you have plenty of time and patience to work with these jokers. Follow up persistently until you get what you want; do not expect them to follow up with anything.
They used to behave and service better than now, but these days with the new receptions, not anymore!
They postpone everything, waste your time, and behave in an impolite and bossy manner!
I hope they change everything back!

WORST EXPERIENCE! Can I rate 0 star?
The guy works here for the CPT is totally a mess! They treat international student as a "criminal"! WE PAY A LOT FOT THE TUITION FEE! Please do not be Racial discrimination！
Some of the student workers are terribly careless. My husband found his I20 to be someone else's when he went to his visa appointment. ISSC sent him a new one but refuse to pay for any loss caused by their mistake.
