Asurion Phone & Tech Repair, Gilbert AZ

My daughter dropped and cracked her phone and Apple Store was no help and said I’d need a new phone. Kyle at the Asurion Tech Repair store in Gilbert reassured me that it was just a quick screen repair and had it done and looking like new in less than one hour. He was amazing and I’ll be bringing any broken device back here!

I was initially informed that there isn’t a significant difference in their lower priced products versus Apple’s OEM products and by experience from a repair done 5 years ago, these third-party screen repairs still come with a purple tint. This really messes with your vision! In addition, the glass protrudes from the frame which is a big problem when trying to put a military case and, therefore, these cases won’t fit as they should. Also, as I’m looking through the receipt, there’s no mention of refunds or returns and their website isn’t any help either. I’d suggest that those who work in this repair store focus more on talking about the terms and conditions of a contract versus overselling their membership/plans and the multiple products they offer warranty on. They fail to mention this contract and ALL it entails and it’s added onto the receipt which they make you sign as if you’re just acknowledging payment and not a WHOLE ENTIRE CONTRACT. I will be going in tomorrow and requesting a full refund. If this is to no avail, I will be filing a claim through my bank.

Kyle and Lucian provided us with a great experience when we brought our iPhone in for a cracked screen at the Gilbert Asurion store. The completed the repair quickly and the phone works perfect. If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to take it.

Kyle was awesome! Over heard he was working open to close. Very professional and polite. My screen malfunctioned and he was able to fix it way quicker than quoted. I was extremely happy to get my phone back up and running! Definitely, recommend this spot! A+ for customer service and store is hella clean!

My iPad had the charging piece stuck in the phone, Verizon couldn't remove it, recommended this location. OMG they popped it out in less than a min. I'm definitely bringing anything that breaks to this store! They saved me from having to purchase a new one. Thanks you!

Go elsewhere. Brought in a laptop that needed a screen repair. They charged a $40 diagnostic fee which would go towards the repair if I moved forward. A few days later they called to say they couldn’t get the part and there was nothing they could do. Asked for the $40 to be refunded since they were unable to solve the problem. They refused. Really poor experience.

Service was great. Kyle did a great job repairing my screen and it was done in less than an hour. Lucian added temper glass screen protector to my iPhone and I didn’t even notice a difference in screen usability. I definitely recommend this location for any screen repairs!
