Angel was awesome with helping me get my camera lens cover that was cracked off my phone and replaced it with the one I brought in and also put my new screen cover on my Samsung phone.and didn't charge me! Great customer service.and I would recommend him to anyone needing help! Thank you!

Ryan was very polite and he hoped to get my phone fixed within a timely manner. He understood my frustration. He assisted me the best way he could. I won't doubt a very happy customer.

Fixed my phone screen in under an hour. Nice professional shop in the Promenade will use them again if I need work done on my iPhone

I had to go back the next day because my phone wouldn't send a text. They apologized for the situation, did some troubleshooting with me, gave me options, recommended a best case scenario and repaired my phone. It turned out my repair request was kinda uncommon and the repair strategy inventive and unique. At the end of the day, I saved $320 because of these guys. And, my phone works great.

Totally horrible, they want me to pay $200 for a screen replacement on my Samsung Galaxy Z-fold 4 that IS FREE under the Samsung warranty. A 1-time pre-installed screen protector that eventually is (A KNOWN ISSUE) going to separate from the screen at the hinge. Which if not replaced promptly results in a crack in the screen along the hinge. The Samsung warranty guarantees a free 1-time screen replacement within the first year. And they want me to pay $200 FOR A GUARANTEED FREE SERVICE UNDER THE 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY! (They're under contract to perform this service for Samsung where no Samsung store exists). They also want $75 to do a FREE DIAGNOSTIC!

Angel was super helpful, quickly diagnosed the problem, I left and came back two hours later and it was already fixed! And Angel looked and found that everything was covered under warranty so I didn't have to pay a dime.

I brought in my laptop because the battery would last for only an hour or two. It took over a week to get a battery in and then it took three days for them to get back to me only to tell me that the battery was defective. They put the old battery back in and reordered one. That took over ten days. I brought in my laptop and they finished the work two days later but they didn't have a charger strong enough to fully charge it. I brought it home and charged it and it would not charge to 100%. I kept if for a couple of weeks and then I decided to go back. They said that they forgot to push a reset button and that it would work well. That was back in March and now, with the laptop off, the battery discharges in less than a week so I have to keep it plugged in constantly. It has been over 90 days at this point so it is not under warranty any more I am assuming. During this entire process, I told them to call my cellphone and not my landline but they kept on calling my landline (I had brought in my phone prior to put in a new battery so they had my landline number - I since traded in that phone because THAT battery was not lasting either!)

! DO NOT BRING YOUTE DEVICE HERE! This company literally broke my phone and I have audio recordings of both the corporate office and this franchises employees admitting fault and negligence I got the attorney generals office involved and was told me the company was in the wrong for negligence they are a franchise and the owner is ignoring them! I will be taking this further. DO NOT BRING YOURE DEVICES HERE!

Dropped off my phone for a new battery, got it back with a dead spot in the screen and they won't take responsibility for it and replace the screen.

My daughter was about to take a plane with her baby, when her Pixel 6 Pro's screen stopped functioning.
They got her in, and the screen replaced in unset 3 hours, making her travel safe again.

My phone somehow turned on voice assist. I messed with it for over an hour before I drove by and dropped in on the off chance they could help. They literally got it fixed in minutes. I'm so appreciative because I was about to toss this phone in a lake. The two guys were so nice and helpful.

Place is useless. Complete waste of time. Never have anything in stock and give you the run around. If you have made an insurance claim pick another location. FYI the other location on Shea Blvd is the same owner but same garbage service
