They always take such good care of my fur people.i boarded my cat for 5 months, and my 16 week old pup for 34 days.i'm a fan.

My 4 pugs came home happy and healthy. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Took my dog there once while I was away for a 3-day vacation out of state and in that time they chipped my dogs canine and never told me about it, didn't take her to see a vet l, they didn't contact me, they didn't contact the emergency contact I had for her or anything. I had to pay out of pocket 3,000$ to get it reconstructed because they refused to admit fault and help pay for the reconstruction. They essentially told me it was my dogs fault when she's been to other boarding facilities without issue and because she's here it's different? I don't think so. The only thing they offered was to refund the boarding fee because that's what "all was in their power to do".

The manager and owner are absolutely disgusting and extremely rude. The owner didn't bother to speak to me and had her less than savory manager speak for her. They were not professionals in their handling of this situation. It's appalling they are still in business if this is what being professional is for this facility.

I should have taken legal action but the main priority was to get my dog to the vet and get her healthy again. It's too late now but my girl is beautiful and healthy now and all i can do now is warn others.

I would be cautious with boarding your dogs here, infact I would avoid it at all costs.

So friendly and reasonably priced. I needed a place for my fubaby to stay overnight and they took great care of him. Had bathtime and all! Even had extra food because I forgot a day!
