This is an amazing physical therapy operation. The team is well organized, professional and hard working. The entire staff is very friendly, they listen and they care. I am beyond impressed. They are clearly working to get us broken folks back in action and out of pain with every tool at their disposal. I highly recommend the team at ATI Physical Therapy Scottsdale.
The staff is so helpful and caring. They listen well to my issues and are working with me to relieve my pain and get more mobility back.
Won’t be going here. “Scheduled” an appointment online and received a call from a lady who sounded like she hates her job and told me the call was being recorded right off the bat. She wanted all my demographics, requested with a lot of attitude, and I asked if we could confirm my appointment before I gave her all that info. She then “searched” for the next available opening and after a long silence, asked if I prefer morning or afternoon. I said I requested an early evening online, does my request matter? Of course, with attitude, “that is just a request, ma’am. ” Ok I think I’m no longer requesting to bring my business to you.
Conner was very professional. He did a great job helping me. The exercises were a little hard but he helped me. I think he should get an A plus. I would recommend him.
