ATI Physical Therapy - 7th St & Bell, Phoenix AZ

Working with Patrick is delightful. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Only complaint is that staff is spread too thin

I first came to ATI for PT from ACL reconstruction surgery 5 yrs ago. Patrick was very patient with me during my healing struggles.
When some conventional therapy wasn't working for me, he took an "out of the box" approach and it worked out fantastically.
All of the staff at ATI are very personable, caring and professional.
I sent my daughter to them for her PT because of the care they took with me, I wanted her to have the same experience as I did.
I'm currently back at ATI for PT from a broken ankle and although I'm seeing some new faces, the quality of care is the same as I received 5 yrs ago.

Amanda and the other staff are very courteous and professional. They are very conscious about the CDC safeguards. I enjoy going to my therapy sessions

The staff is completely professional & have great people skills. My therapist (Steven) is very knowledgeable & patient. He answers my questions & explains things so I understand what's happening. I look forward to my visits because the therapy is making a huge difference. I'm very grateful for the care I receive.

This isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve had PT for years in the past. I just started using ATI PT. Kristi Hanus knows her stuff. I really like how she takes great care of me. She takes the time to listen and if I have input she takes that into account.

Would I recommend these folks. You bet! Ask for Kristi when you call. You won’t be disappointed.

I would never want to go to any other place for physical therapy. Patrick and Kevin are the best, and I love how others step in to help at times when they can't be with me. No matter how I feel walking in, I always feel much better when I leave.

1st day. They text stating be here at 6: 40 am.im waiting because they don't open til 7. Not off to a good start. My time just as important as theirs.

No consistency with therapists, no follow through or follow up on requests. Basically you are just another number not a person. I went for months and I’m still in pain.it was a complete waste of time.
